Terrible service and terrible food. Went there for steak - none available. Ordered something else and found a hair in it. Complained to the waiter who said it was impossible for hair to be inside the meat. Spoke to the rude manager and she wouldn't àdmit it was a hair - eventhough it clearly was. We also ordered the famous onion ring, which came after we had finished our meal, despite us asking for it two times. We then asked for dessert menu, they said they didn't have one. Instead they brought a tower of profiteroles and a tray of baklava with ice-cream. We asked how much it was and, surprisingly, they didn't know. They pressurised us to take the tower of profiteroles. They poured a sauce over iand some nuts - whicj turned out to be walnuts. We even asked at the start that we don't want any peanuts or walnuts as my daughter has an allergy to them. They apologised and gave her a separate mini tower of profiteroles. The profiteroles tasted old and horrible. They were so hard and frozen!!! On top of that, they charged us a shocking €235 for those old, hard, farty profiteroles. We had also ordered 1 baklava slice which we found another hair - this time a blonde strand!!. After much tittle tattle, the rude manager agreed it was a hair and wouldn't charge for it. They even charged us for what we thought was the complimentary profiteroles. They denied that they were complimentary!!! On our way out, we saw the staff preparing the meat. The guy preparing it didn't have any covering on his head or arms - which explains how the hair got INSIDE our meat. That is just plain disgusting!!! All in all, it was a very disappointing experience and a waste of money. If I could give zero stars I would have! Stay away from here - spend your money elsewhere. I will add that a few weeks earlier, we had visited Nusret in Grand Bazar and the food and Service there was very good. So I guess it's just this branch. Nusret should do himself a favour and sack these incompetent staff and replace with someone more honest and who knows what good...

It was my first experience there, ordered a burger, Giant tomahawk and Nusret special with a side of spinach and mushrooms followed by baklava and Turkish Tea as dessert. Burger was medium rare and smokey, can't complain about anything. It was nice and tasty. The giant tomahawk was a bit smaller than what I've thought (specially when it's advertised as 1.1kg, I've eaten steaks more than a kilo before and they were bigger and Thicker). It came with some kind of show, they'll cut it down for you salt bae style and pour salt on it(which makes a mess). I don't think the meat was dry aged(couldn't taste any funkiness) and it had a nice crust in it. It was a perfect medium rare and it tasted good. In the end we had the nusret special, again it comes with a show, real messy this time, specially when they pour butter on the meat, lots of smokes and oil splashing everywhere. (Some people like it tho). You could taste the butter in your mouth every time u take a bite. It needed salt even tho they done the salt bae thing. It also lacks a crust but i didn't have any complaints since it tasted good. Unfortunately there's no cooking preferences here as the thin sliced meat gets cooked in the butter and they cannot control it. In the end as dessert I had the Baklava and it was ok, I expected them to have Katmer (another kind of Turkish dessert) but their Menu was limited to a vanil made pudding thing and Baklava. Overall it was a nie experience, definitely far from fine dining that people are used to in western countries but still a nice show and good food. Waiters were super friendly and cared much about the table they had, they tried to be there the moment you need them and do as much as they can. It was also super expensive even compared to European restaurants, but the overall experience makes it worth the...

Disappointing Dining Experience at Nusr-Et: Quality of Hamburger Meat Needs Improvement

I recently visited Nusr-Et with my daughter, enticed by the promise of high-quality burgers. While the service was commendable, our dining experience was marred by the disappointing quality of the food, particularly the hamburger meat.

Despite the waitress' kindness and assistance, the meat in the burgers was unpleasant and far below expectations. It was not only unappetizing but also caused both my daughter and me to feel physically unwell. My three-year-old daughter's visceral reaction, vomiting at the table, speaks volumes about the poor quality of the meat.

Upon returning home, I, too, experienced nausea and ended up vomiting. This further solidified my disappointment with Nasrat's hamburger meat. It's evident that significant improvements are needed to elevate the quality of their food offerings.

Furthermore, while I didn't mind paying 1500TL for two hamburger meals and two drinks, considering the restaurant's reputation and location, the quality of the food did not justify the price. While the pricing may be reasonable for an establishment of Nasrat's caliber, the disparity between cost and quality leaves much to be desired.

In conclusion, while Nasrat boasts excellent service and a prime location, the subpar quality of the hamburger meat severely detracts from the overall dining experience. I urge the management to prioritize upgrading the quality of their ingredients to ensure a more enjoyable and satisfying culinary experience for...

The food is very tasty. The fried onions are crispy and sweet, but the core inside is a bit raw, giving off a sharp taste. The salad portion is too big for two people and a little too sour. The French fries are excellent. The steak is absolutely delicious. The staff member, though already older, was quick, attentive, and full of energy—truly admirable. Highly recommended

Ever dreamt to eat one of the most deliciously seasoned steaks with salt sprinkled directly over it from a web superstar as “Salt Bae” Turkish butcher and chef Nusret Gökçe? I feel you there drooling. A warm summer night of Late September we took the central main table at Nusr-Et Etiler for 8 people and enjoyed every sort of steak available: Dallas Steak (300 TRY), Nusr-Et Kobe (360 TRY), New York Steak (300 TRY), Gold New York Steak (795 TRY), Tomahawk (385 TRY), Hardal Soslu Dallas Steak (300 TRY). A perfectly suited up Gentleman came to cut our steaks with formidable elegance and sprinkled salt over them with the worldwide known internet sensation technique that made Nusret famous. Outstanding Instagram stories guaranteed. We combined all these delicacies with plenty of bottles of the worldwide famous “Brunello di Montalcino” red DOCG Italian wine produced in the vineyards in the province of Siena. Eventually the dinner ended with the outstanding Baklava traditional Turkish delight with ice cream filling. 2300-2500 TRY per couple circa (+20% tips). Hygiene and Safety COVID measures where respected and observed by all personnel. Combine this tasteful experience with the chance to enjoy the upscale nightlife of Etiler, the most trendy neighborhood in Istanbul, renowned for its upmarket cafés, pubs, night clubs, restaurants, gyms, coiffeurs, fashion shops and shopping malls and ultimately being a mandatory destination of Turkish and International jet-set. In a nutshell a wonderful experience to repeat every time you pass by Istanbul.
