Antalya's Ultimate Family Destination‼️ The Land of Legends Theme Park

I book at Rixos Downtown for 4 nights and Rixos Premium Belek for 3 nights. To be honest The best things about this hotel are its location and the room sea views, which are truly impressive. However, the room furniture is very outdated, the food is average, and the cleanliness is below expectations., but I was very upset because of the bus service to The Land of Legends. There were Few people on the bus: my family (3 people), a couple, and 3 men. It was raining when we arrived, and the driver told us that if the rain got worse, we didn’t have to wait until 5 PM; he would come earlier to pick us up. I even left my power bank with him, trusting his word. When we got inside, all the rides were closed because of the rain. After less than an hour, my family and another family decided to leave. We went to guest relations, and they contacted Atakan, the bus supervisor, asking him to send the driver. He refused and said the bus would only leave at 5 PM. I explained that the driver told us he would come earlier, but Atakan said no, and instead suggested we take a taxi – even though the park is 40 minutes away! When I asked him to contact the other passengers to check if they wanted to leave early too, he said he didn’t have their phone numbers. I told him it’s his responsibility to find them, not mine! This whole situation was very frustrating and disappointing, especially since we trusted the driver’s initial instructions. Instead of addressing Atakan’s unprofessional behavior, they chose to hold the driver accountable. I was told that because the driver made a statement on his own, without proper authorization, they decided to deduct the taxi fare from his salary. This resolution feels unfair and avoids addressing the root of the issue. . After being unhappy with my stay at Downtown, I requested an early move to Belek. Instead of a goodwill gesture, I was told to pay €60 for the relocation. Shockingly, I was also asked to delete my negative feedback as if the move was a favor, even though I had already paid for my stay at Belek. They didn’t even try to compensate me with an upgrade or offer a complimentary night to make up for the inconvenience. Instead, they acted as if agreeing to move me to another one of their resorts was enough and that I should be satisfied with that. This kind of customer service is disappointing and far from what I expect from a five-star hotel.

Great experience here from the UK. Great service from all staff on hand 24/7. Able to deal with variety of requests especially around baby issues like milk. Guest relations available on WhatsApp to discuss requests, issues and advice. Whenever we needed more toiletries, bins emptied (bins very small) etc they were able to assist. Food quality in main restaurant is great and serves through most of the day. Restaurant choices are pretty poor as its similar to the main restaurant. More variety would be nice. Room was great, decent size, balcony and opted for a sea view. AC is great. TV is simple one with Turkish channels so not much use out of that. Smart TV's would be a better feature. Bed sheet, towels and mini fridge can be restocked everyday. Mini fridge had various soft drinks available. Free snacks given also. Bathroom was clean and shower powerful. The toiletries were nice and useful. Weird kind of see through mirror from bedroom to bathroom, slightly frosted. There is a blind you can slide down but just seemed unnecessary to me lol. There is a small store in the hotel which has every small thing you may need or forget. Prices are a bit higher but it's very convenient. Photography service available for a charge if you would like some professional ones done. Had some done on one day and got digital and print photos which came to around €13 each. Hotel lobby is very nice, multiple lifts. Multiple bar areas. Limited mocktails (3), so if was either one of those or a soft drink. Kids club was nice. Nice play area and great staff. Various tennis courts, football pitch, volleyball court, table tennis etc. Pool is decent but not huge. Adult only sections available in pool and in restaurant. Bit of a long trek back around to lifts/lobby from pool/play area/courts. Free transfers at set times to land of legends during day and night. Also to the beach where there is a private section for the hotel. Malls aren't too far away, as is old town. I would recommend the hotel and definitely consider using it again.

My week-long stay at your hotel, ideally located in the center of Antalya and close to the airport, was exceptional and wonderful. I was impressed by the variety and quality of the cuisine offered, as well as the meticulous work done on the products. The service was impeccable, with attentive and competent staff, always listening and possessing remarkable expertise and demeanor. I would like to particularly thank the housekeeper Mrs Yasmine, for her dedication and great respect towards the guests. The bedding was remarkably comfortable, contributing to peaceful nights. A big thank you to Sir Alper for the personalized Room service, as well as to the lobby bar staff for the excellent cocktails and hot drinks offered near the large pool. The only slight point of improvement might be a slight refresh of the rooms, but this did not detract from the overall experience. I am convinced that customer satisfaction remains the best business card for a hotel, and yours is beyond doubt. Thank you for this memorable experience! Antalya le 08.09.24: This is my second visit to the Rixos this year. We had a great time as a family; the hotel is very well located and well-maintained. The service was impeccable, with plenty of staff in the dining area, by the pool, and at the beach. You just scan a QR code, and your order arrives—well done! The food offers a wide variety of delicious options, and the desserts are also excellent. We especially loved the Vitamin Bar, with its fresh fruit juices. The entertainment, gym, and hammam are all up to 5-star standards. A big thank you to the housekeeping staff, especially to Mrs "" Kifayet "" for her dedication and kindness in keeping our room spotless at all times. The warm welcome and hospitality made us feel completely at home. One small area for improvement: just a refresh for the rooms. That’s why I was particular about cleanliness. However, this didn't affect my overall experience, and I will definitely be coming back next year.

The Rixos response is not honest the issue was addressed then. I came down at midnight to have a discussion about the picture incident of my mum in the the case below I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel, which unfortunately did not meet the high standards I have come to expect from the Rixos brand. First, I want to address the unprofessional behavior displayed by some of your staff members. During our stay, my family and I observed staff members taking pictures of us without permission and sharing them in what seemed to be a group chat. They were also looking at us and laughing, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, when my mother approached the front desk to discuss an issue, staff members laughed as soon as she walked away. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable behavior, and it left a lasting negative impression on our visit. Secondly, the shuttle service to The Land of Legends was poorly managed. The shuttle operates only three times a week, which is already limiting. I arrived at the pickup point at 19:00 and 55 seconds, only to find the shuttle had already left. When I approached the staff, they unapologetically told me I could book for Thursday, despite I was flying to Dubai that day. At other Rixos hotels, staff members ensure all guests are accounted for before the shuttle departs, often checking names or contacting guests to confirm their arrival. Sadly, this level of care and professionalism was absent at Rixos Downtown Antalya. While the food and general services were good, the unprofessional behavior of the staff and the lack of flexibility in the shuttle service have tarnished my experience. I expected much better from Rixos and hope you will take this feedback seriously to prevent similar incidents in the future.

We're a couple and booked the all inclusive package. The food was okay, but there's no gluten free options (even though they asked in the form that i have to fill upon checking in). As a hotel with good brand name, Rixos was way below my expectation. Bathroom: 1. Only bath towel and hand towel provided in bathroom. 2. No face towel/ washcloth. 3. No face tissue, only toilet rolls. 4. No toothbrush & toothpaste 5. No body lotion 6. No hair brush/comb 7. Cheap bath gel & shampoo. Room: 1. Room was dated . The furnitures was old. 2. No plug points/USB points to charge your devices. You have to move the heavy bedside table & squeeze your hands thru the gap to get to the power point. 3. No iron & ironing board. We requested and was given a tiny iron with tiny ironing board. Restaurant: 1. There were plenty of food but no allergy warnings for people with food allergies. (Its weird because they asked about your allergies upon check in) 2. The dinner buffet ended so early (9.30pm) that makes it difficult for you to really enjoy your day out in Antalya. We went out one day and came back quite late and was disappointed to see they cleaned out all the food at 9.30pm sharp. 3. They had this soup buffet that starts at 11pm-1am which I find useless because not many people want to eat that late especially before bedtime. IMO its better to extend the dinner buffet to 10.30pm to allow guests to enjoy their day in Antalya a little longer, and still be able to eat dinner at the hotel. Positives: 1. The housekeeping was very efficient. They come almost immediately when we requested for tissue, toothbrush and other things. 2. The bed, mattress, pillows and blankets were comfortable. 3. This hotel is good for people who like to eat a lot.
