Nashira City Hotel — Hotel in Muratpaşa

Val Bosevska||1/5||just now on Google||The MOST disgusting hotel ever. The most fraudulent RUDE manager ever. They have false advertising||The place is NOT like these pictures. DON'T waste your money you will lose it. We had this booked for 4 nights. On arrival they first took our money, mind you he gave us receipt for one sum and withdrew more with a straight face.||They handed us key to our room and left us.. we didn't know where to go.. I asked where do we go.. he said level 5.. I said we're very hungry can you tell us where to go to restaurant please.. he said outside left side walk 10 minutes in petrol station they have sandwiches ... (nothing around)||We walked to lift there were 2 but one not working.. after long few minutes it opens.. not enough room to fit 2 suitcases 2 carry ons and 2 people.. we struggled and squeezed in. It stopped 3 times along way to level 5 opend door at level 4 we got out thinking was 5.. then waited minimum 10mins in hot unconditioned hallway.. we get to our room, was dirty, too scared to even sit on bed looking out from filthy windows was a deserted tennis court. I cried... as Antalya was set to be our relaxing location..||We somehow got to lobby.. I said I'm sorry I don't like the room I can't stay there.. after a while they gave us a new room.. went up eventually.. same type room but looking out on street and their unshaded pool which looked filthy already.||This room had a balcony if that.. was small no chairs on in full of dust.. the wall mounted OLD air-conditioning didn't work.. was 40°||I bawled my eyes out..||We went downstairs I asked to check out I said I can't stay here please give me a refund. The manager said no I gave u a better room.. he was rude to me. I spoke to a couple of people around they were so sad that they were there saying they couldn't afford to go elsewhere and lose their money.||We took a taxi to restaurants and we googled other hotels, took taxi to another hotel booked it. Went back to get our luggage, the whole staff were extra rude to us, manager told them something in another language and walked away saying you won't see your money again to us.||I asked him for his managers number he refused and walked off. I asked the staff member for the hotel number he said he doesn't know it that I can google it. I asked to check out and handed the keys he said it's too late now it's 9pm.. I said no it's 5pm.. he said no it's 9pm.. it was actually 5pm.. he said no one here till Monday to talk to you it's Saturday now..||Monday I called them. They refused talking to me. Asked me to call their sales department. I called them.. the lady wasn't interested in talking .. said she'll call me back. Never did..||No star review is Too high for this place yes never refunded my money. Scammers !!!||Who ever is giving this place good reviews is being paid to do so. Or...
