Flavours and cooking method, cooking ingredients totally different as importing those ingredients and know how from Asia would be expensive? Rice a bit salty for my taste, not well cooked, rawness in my mouth. Noodle is form of spaghetti not noodle, missing sugar and fish sauce. No lemon curd, pad Thai sauce, galangal or any Asian ingredients tasted in my mouth. Served not as hot as I would like it to be. Did not at all tasted fresh. I told the waitress some of that and she says "we made it look like Indian", asked why no fish sauce, "it was vegetarian so no fish sauce used". Really? I don't remember ordering Indian food and fish sauce did used in vegetarian dishes as there are vegetarian fish sauce. Absolutely no similarity to authentic dishes. My Asian friends can cook much better and tastier at home with the inexpensive ingredients that we have. I offered them to teach to make the dishes tastier and authentic in turn increasing customers and satisfaction, they refused. If want to come to eat Asian themed food and take photos, do so. But if you want authentic and tasty Asian food, there are other restaurants for your money. They buy ingredients from local Metro, which doesn't have everything. And if importing expensive, Some things you got to make your own, fresher and tastier. I have most of the ingredients they are looking for, if they have not been that rude I would have sell and supply to them continuosly at reasonable prices instead of local Metro. I also make some ingredients on my own such as fish sauce which takes a year to make but don't think I can spare or desire make any for them as I make for other people. People will want desire to use the ingredients in the first place. I only come the second time a year later just to see if any improvement, it's gotten worse. Now the dishes no longer tasty. The owner is Sri Lankan so I think this might be why dishes go toward Indian taste not...
Read moreMy friend ordered spicy vegan soup while i ordered noodle. She was expecting to have smt hot and spicy as it should be and she mentioned about it to the waiter. He said it’s how the hot and spicy soup in the restraunt but the soup was not spicy. My noodle was boiled too much and it was breaking into pieces. I had better noodles that costs less than here and more delicious. When we were paying for our orders my friend realized her order was not on the receipt but some other soup was. The waiter claimed that he put spice on the soup as an excuse. So even complaining about that we payed and left but she had a upset stomach after. She might have an allergic reaction to this as well bc she didn’t receive her order right. It’s very ignorant and crictical for the restraunt to have such an employer to give orders the...
