Sparky’s – Mushrif Mall — Attraction in Abu Dhabi

I want to share my recent experience with Sparky's and their new card policies, as it was a frustrating and disappointing ordeal. It seems they have implemented a new policy stating that card balances expire after four months. This change was made without any direct notification to me, the customer. I had a significant balance on my card from a previous visit, which was more than four months ago. When I tried to use it, the balance was gone. After speaking with the staff, I was informed that my money had been taken because I hadn't recharged the card within the new four-month period. This policy feels predatory and unfair. Many people, especially those who visit amusement parks infrequently, wouldn't be aware of such a rule. To lose a significant amount of money without any warning is unacceptable. I had to argue with the staff to get my money back, which thankfully I was able to do in the end. However, the entire situation left a very sour taste in my mouth. It's a shame that a place meant for fun and entertainment would resort to such a questionable practice. It's a clear example of a company prioritizing profits over customer satisfaction. I urge everyone to be cautious when using Sparky's cards and to be aware of this new expiration policy. My son recently celebrated his 6th birthday at Sparkys with some friends and he said that he really had a great time! Even the kids as well as their parents enjoyed so much not just with the party but more especially on spending time with each other!

We availed the party package, and even if they didn't have the theme that we wanted, they made sure to go beyond our expectations! They put a lot of effort in looking for props and decorations that my son wanted.

It was a hassle-free planning too. I was endorsed by EJ to their manager, Wehbi, just met him once and all the rest of the talking was made via whatsapp. He asked for the party supplies and the cake design that we already have so they can adjust their design to meet our needs. It was just a stress-free party planning altogether! The party hosts were also very accommodating and kid-friendly. They managed everything with just minimal supervision.

The party area was spacious that it can also accommodate adults. The set-up and design were really creative. The party itself is a blast, games were fun (prizes and Sparkys card with a load were also provided!) and the unlimited pass were worth it!
