Doesn't feel like a church.I have been going to this church more than 15 years only because my child is going for catechism,ushers are always directing you and telling you where to sit , stand and walk .The ushers think they are above the lord jesus just because they wore a blue shirt and badge.Today also there is a bad experience from the person wearing blue shirt and badge standing between the stairs to up and main church, always i am sitting near the stairs .today i was going to sit there but that person is not allowing me to go,he is asking me to go inside the church but there is no space.i told him i am always sitting here but he is blocking me with the hands,so immediately i came out from the church and i decided hereafter i will not go to this church.this is not the first time its happening to me,somany times i used to stand outside the church in the hot weather because they were not allowing me to stand or sit in the church compound.but i need to wait for my child to come out from the church.if the person who is the friend or family member of blue shirt persons they will allow them to go and sit anywhere they want.I saw that so...

Despite being filled to the brim with parishioners, there is order thanks to the many dedicated ushers. The first thing we noticed was the passion and fervor of the parishioners. Numerous Masses on the weekends and at least 4 week day masses. Fridays and weekend the services are heavily attended. Never seen such droves of people patiently waiting in line for confession as we did a week before Christmas. On a weekly basis too there are many waiting at the confessionals. There are masses in several languages. Fr Savari Muthu the pastor is runs the parish like clockwork. Praise God! We were concerned if we'd have place to sit in church when we moved from USA to Sharjah last year. Parking is available near the church but in short supply. Many folk park a distance away and walk about 5 minutes. We love St Michael's and find it to be a wonderful place to worship and receive our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ 🙏.
