These days I am badly craving for Biryani, So my today's review is about this biryani outlet located at Abu Shagara- Sharjah !

I always love having my biryani with a boiled egg, tastes yumm... If you haven't tried it yet do give it a try, you will definitely thank me for it!!!

As it is Ramadan they added Nombo Kanji to my meal. Now this is something new to me I tried it for the first time like a mutton porridge spicy flavour, a complete nutrients packed meal specially made during Ramadan.

The biryani in here @chennai_bucket_biryani is such an elixir that lines up your mood rightly, with amazing sides of you go for the Combo meal!

The person who handled my call is so rude and manneless (Mr. Abdul Rahman), I ordered mutton biryani and asked how many mutton pieces you will provide, he replied 3, i told him that other tamil restaurant with same price they provide 4 pieces. After hearing to this comparision he told me that "sir you dont have manners, why are you comparing our restaurant with others, if you dont from us than go and order in that restaurant only". I was shocked with his response, but still i told him that i will not cancel my order, u send me my order, and this is my manners that even after you behaved like this i am not cancelling my order. also i told him that i will compare and look for the best option and this is my right to do it, but he was arrogant and angry.

even if your food tastes like heavenly food, you can not misbehave with you customer. this is my first and the last order to chennai bucket biryani. and in future i will ensure that niether i nor my friends or family will visit or order from you.

The owner of this restaurant has to take strict action against Abdul Rahman. v v v bad...

I have ordered food at 1: 38pm, we called and ordered 3 65 biriyani and we waited for 45 to one hour and we rang up to the restaurant and asked about the delivery they said it has been sent for delivery there is other order which shud be delivered and your order will be delivered after that.. fair enough we waited other 15 mins.. no hope.. rung the restaurant again and told them that food hasn’t been delivered yet and got the delivery guys number, we called him and he said anither 20 mins.. we really got irate and called up the restaurant to cancel the order.. they didn’t try to convince or even apologize for what happened they simply said ok will ask the driver to not come to deliver the order and hung up

Is this they way you serve people.. this is not the first incident.. poor service.. will not rate one either.. if there is 0 or even less than that i would have given it.. poor and very bad service
