This is the third time I have been in this Hotel and I can only give a positive Review about this Hotel. I have booked directly at the hotel and requested whilst booking to have a prefered NON-smoking room. I was there with my husband just a day ago and we stayed there for 6 nights with half board. The check-in was fine, Islam at the reception was a very nice and fine young man, He welcomed us and gave us quickly our room key. When we entered our room I realized that it had an ashtray and I was wondering about it. After 10 minutes in the room, room Service knocked on the door to serve us a tray with Drinks, sweets and a fruit-basket, complementary from the Hotel, I believe due to my Birthday, see added picture. I was very happy about this pleasant gesture. After Dinner we asked at the reception Islam if our room was a Smoking room, referring to the ashtray, which has not been denied and He immediately apologised that he did not ask prior, as I told him that during my reservation I have stated within my email that we prefer a NON-smoking room. He offered us to change our room accordingly and without hesitation. We didn't have to do anything as he arranged everything for us. Thank you Islam! Also a big thanks to the cleaning staff Aye Moe, she and her afrikan colleague (I forgot His Name, sorry!) are doing their Job Well! Thank you also to Saeed who welcomed us warmly when we arrived at the hotel, He brought our luggage into our room. He was Always smiling, friendly and asking about our whereabouts each time we meet him in the evening. Also a Special thanks to Reynan who brought us the tray with the goodies! Really very nice and warmly friendly staff with great Service, everywhere! The animals, Birds, Cute Rabbits and peacocks roaming around the Garden are a very nice Asset, especially for the Kids. I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Coral beach hotel, after driving almost an hour from Dubai. As a regular customer who has booked multiple nights at this hotel before, I was shocked and frustrated by the treatment I received during my visit.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I decided to dine at the fish restaurant. My kids had swim suits on and wanted to enjoy the beach for sometime, unfortunately they didn’t allow us without paying for the towels even for 15min enjoyment they refused!

Furthermore, I was informed that it was mandatory for me to swim with my kids, or else I would have to leave the premises. This policy felt unnecessarily strict and unfair. As a parent, I should have the freedom to choose as long as I am supervising them closely. Being coerced into swimming with them was not only inconvenient but also infringed upon our family's personal preferences. The towel girl told me to leave while the lifeguard advised me to use kids pool if I want. If this is the policy the towel girl should have informed me instead of sending me back and forth twice in the hot sun!! Even giving limited number of towels not appropriate from hotel customer service point of view!

Considering that I have been a loyal customer and have booked multiple nights at this hotel in the past, I expected better treatment and more flexibility. It is disheartening to be met with such disappointing policies that not only dampened my experience but also tarnished the image of the hotel and my girls left crying and sad!

As a regular customer, I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these concerns promptly. I urge the hotel to consider the importance of customer satisfaction and strive to rectify these issues to regain the trust and loyalty of their clientele.
