British Orchard Nursery - Dubai Women's College (Al Nahda) — Attraction in Dubai

This branch is not regulated by the KHDA and do not follow the management practices of the origin British orchard nurseries. The employees in particular the teacher, receptionist that I encountered with lack the professional ethics. I realised they were new graduates and lack competence. Their practices and procedures lack transparency. They do not align with the values and features they present in their brochers. For instance, 24 hour CCTV access to parents is a feature advertised on website and other official publications but not available to parents. Furthermore, do not abid to the covid 19 protocols. I observed certain instances. They actions and verbal discussion do not agree. For instance, I noticed my 2 year old toddler interacting with older children and I also caught them twice mixing 2 classes kids together in a small play area. This is not aligned with covid 19 rules that specify classes must not be mixed. They changed by child class without my consent to a higher class that were beyond her current motor skills . I tried to address the matter and made my opinion about this sudden change very clear. I even called the principal but was over looked. I finally contacted the KHDA, MOE (Ministry of education). I was surprised that MOE said they can not file my complaint because the nursery is regulated by KHDA. When I filed a complaint with KHDA I was informed that even though other private nursery branches are regulated by them. This branch DWM (Dubai women college) is not regulated by them. I am highly disappointed and concerned as a parent and feel ripped off as a consumer I paid AED 3500. (Aed 1000 is annual medical fee that I compulsory and non refundable. AED 2500 is...

One of the best school that works on the holistic development of young kids. The school offers variety of programmes that provides strong base for lifelong learning and learning abilities including cognitive and social development. Teachers are well trained as they use diverse teaching pedagogies and they have good understanding of child psychology. I strongly believe that the way in which children are educated in their earlier years can nurture their growth and is a key which can unlock the doors of opportunity for the rest of their lives and British Orchard nursery is playing instrumental role in sharpening the lives of these young little angels.

I would highly recommend parents to send their kids in British Orchard Nursery as I have seen alot of improvement...
