This beautiful resort has own stlye formulated for the full happiness of their guests. Villa’s are so comfortable and easy access to the pool and beach, location is perfect At Jumeirah. I felt like Im at my home during my stay in Dubai Marine beach Resort. Perfect location and excelent hospitality. Thank you to the owner and the management. I beleive the soul of the founder is peaceful over here. He put the best rock in the first step to built the resort. I m lucky Mss Chalani introduced us the perfect hotel, she s from sales team and very helpful to the clients.

My favorite is Taverna restaurant. Mss Htet is the most energised lady who is showing the high quality of hospitality. Mss Htet makes our day, while you need anything just ask her. She is like a shining light at Taverna and gives warm sparklings to envirement. I respect her very much for such delecious mornings. Wish Taverna goes forward as beautiful as now. Also Dear Mss Amora, Anes, Pinu, Dipesh and of course Mr Durgarao. And the cashmere service master Mr Pratik, he make feel you are at 5 high tea in London with excelent service, Pratik . What a kind, nice team at Taverna the Hotel has best service team early morning till 5pm. We everytime see the smiling warm welcomes to the guests. As a family we appreciate them all. The chefs perfect and kitchen is delecios. Having breakfeast at Al Khayma was also impresiive and I like Moustaf’s sisha hoqa at Al Khayma.
Dubai Marine has a wonderful reception team.
I would like to mention Mr Ivan from reception his kindness is a sample of all the front desk team. They are the best reception - front desk team in Dubai. Mr Esraf and Mss Aika two of the names from respectful front desk team. Very helpful and so polite. And thank you very much all the reception team for their beautiful smiling faces to the guests.
And never forget the bellboys, all experienced and extremly helpful, I see the concierge team the dynamics of the hotel. The concierge team exactly number one, number vahit. Mr Imran and all the team from bell desk fully trustable. Thank you all.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa for two nights, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare. My stay was plagued by a series of issues that left me deeply dissatisfied and regretful of my choice. From constant AC problems and freezing in the first room to thermostat malfunctions in the second room, along with inadequate cleaning, my experience was nothing short of a disaster.
Let me start with the first room I was assigned, Room 3504. It had a persistent AC problem that made the room feel like an icebox. Despite reporting this issue multiple times to the hotel staff, it remained unresolved throughout my entire stay. Not only was the freezing temperature unbearable, but the AC also emitted loud and disturbing noises, making it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. It is inconceivable that a reputed resort would neglect such a basic aspect of guest comfort.
Hoping for a better experience, I was moved to Room 1504 on the second day. However, my hopes were quickly shattered when I discovered that this room had thermostat problems. The temperature control was completely dysfunctional, leaving me in a constant state of discomfort. It wasn't until the ungodly hour of 1:35 AM on the second day that the management finally addressed the issue and fixed the thermostat. This prolonged delay in resolving a fundamental problem is simply unacceptable.
To make matters worse, it was evident that parts of the room had not been cleaned properly. The bathroom was filthy, with visible dirt and grime, and the floors were dusty and unkempt. It was disheartening to see such a lack of attention to cleanliness, especially considering the reputation of Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa.
When I brought these issues to the attention of the hotel management, their response was utterly disappointing. Despite the inconvenience and discomfort I endured throughout my stay, they only extended my check-out time by a meager 4 hours. I had hoped for at least an extra day to compensate for the terrible experience and the exorbitant price I paid of 3376 AED for just two days. However, it seems that guest satisfaction is not a priority for this establishment.
Based on my experience, I have no intention of ever returning to Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa. The combination of constant AC problems, malfunctioning thermostats, and a lack of proper cleaning has left me deeply dissatisfied. I strongly advise anyone considering this resort to think twice before making a reservation. There are plenty of other options available that prioritize guest comfort and satisfaction.
In conclusion, my stay at Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa was an absolute nightmare. I am writing to express my disappointment following my recent stay at your resort. I selected your establishment with the anticipation of exceptional service and facilities. Regrettably, my experience did not align with these expectations, particularly concerning the accessibility of your amenities.
I have a busy schedule, engaged in meetings from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and I chose your resort specifically for its potential for relaxation during the early mornings and late evenings. However, it was disheartening to find out that key facilities such as the swimming pools, private beach, gym, and steam bath had very restrictive operating hours, opening only after 8:00 AM and closing by 6:00 PM. This timing made it impossible for me to use these amenities considering my commitments.
The reasoning given by your staff, attributing the early closure to the manager’s personal schedule, is quite surprising and frankly unsuitable for a resort of your standing. The core of hospitality, particularly in a luxury resort, is to meet and exceed the needs of every guest. In this case, the needs of guests like myself seem to have been overlooked.
Additionally, the absence of the manager for direct communication and the lack of a responsible authority during this period is a significant lapse in customer service. Being directed to staff members who are unable to address or escalate my concerns only added to my frustration.
This inflexible policy not only shows a lack of regard for guest convenience but also significantly diminishes the overall experience and value for money, especially for someone who chose your resort for its reputed superior service and flexibility.
As I continue my stay for three more days, I feel a sense of regret and dissatisfaction, questioning my decision to choose a premium resort that does not adequately prioritize the basic needs and relaxation of its guests.
I hope you view this feedback not just as a critique but as a chance to reflect and enhance your service standards, policies, and guest relations. My wish is that future guests will not encounter similar disappointments.
