Al Qasr Restaurant — Restaurant in Dubai

From the start we noticed we were the only customers in the restaurant at 7pm local time and we were not welcomed or acknolwedged. All the restaurants we had been to had a staff member at the door, we had to go up to a waiter to request the table. Orders were not being taken correctly - we were not given a drinks menu only food, and when it was time to place an order we had to get the waiters attention. I believe the waiter did not understand English that well as he only took one drink order and not my partners drink our our food order. During the meal there wasn't any acknowledgement to if our food was satisfactory as in most restaurants and the food served was not served fresh hot out of the kitchen. This has to be the worst restaurant I've ever been to in Dubai so far and will definitely won't be returning back!! "Tried the Hummus and Fattoush for starters along with the Arayes and Jumbo Prawns from the Main Course. I actually really liked the food here but it does'nt stand out from the crowd. I am beginning to feel as though all Lebanese places share the exact same recipes and methods. All in all, a good experience for a day out.

Ambience: This place has a great ambience, amazing interior, goods vibes all around.

Service: The service is poor and the staff need to improve on their people skills.

Food: The food was great. Everything tasted amazing and the food was served beautifully.

Location: The location was easy to find. Parking is plentiful in this area as well.

The dining experience at this hotel is exceptional and was our favourite choice during our week's stay. The ambiance and layout was on point with an exceptional choice of starters, mains and desserts. The chefs delivered a vast range of choices all of which were prepared to an exceptionally high standard. The staff are always very helpful and attentive to your needs with a special mention of Mary who remembered us from our visit to Arboretum last year. We visited twice during our weeks' stay and on each occasion the Mangers, Hassan and Khalid made a point of coming over to our table to welcome us and were very receptive upon hearing our positive feedback.
