We are four families with 14 kids and have been annual pass holders for several years now, well-acquainted with all the rides, parks, and attractions across Dubai Parks. To be completely honest, Bollywood Parks stood out as the absolute best — no exaggeration. The variety and creativity of the rides and attractions were truly mind-blowing. Our kids actually preferred it over Motiongate, hands down.
It’s unfortunate that Bollywood Parks didn’t receive the marketing push it deserved. With better promotion and visibility, we’re confident it would have drawn in far more visitors. Ironically, it took us nearly two years to even consider visiting because, generally speaking, we’re not big Bollywood fans. But when we finally gave it a shot, it turned out to be one of the most incredible experiences we’ve had as a family. From that day on, we visited every single weekend without fail.
We tried the Real Madrid park on opening day, but never went back — it just didn’t capture us the same way.
I sincerely wish Bollywood Parks could return, this time with the recognition and advertising it deserves. Where else in the UAE could you feel like an actor, learn about behind-the-scenes filmmaking, and participate in such immersive experiences? The person who ran that section was outstanding — we even recognized him later at Motiongate after the park closed, though he seemed different. The spark and humor he once had just weren’t there anymore.
We deeply miss the magical stage performances, which were truly high caliber. We miss the unique water battle rides, the innovative ones where you had to lie down, the unforgettable 3D rides, and honestly, the park staff who made it all special. The number of attractions was incredible — one day was never enough to experience everything.
Even when the roller coaster wasn’t operational, we didn’t mind. There was already so much to enjoy that we never felt its absence.
Please consider bringing Bollywood Parks back. It was a rare gem, and we believe it still has the potential to thrive with the...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at Real Madrid World Dubai as a tourist.
During my visit, my phone battery died, and I quickly realized that the park is extremely unprepared for such a basic situation. There are not places in cafés, restaurants, or stores where you can charge your phone — even if you have your own charger. As a tourist, this made things very stressful and unsafe, especially since I rely on my phone for: • Online payments (Apple Pay), • Booking taxis (Uber), • Photos and navigation.
I approached the staff and asked for help, but the only solution they offered was to scan a barcode to rent a power bank — which obviously makes no sense when your phone is already turned off. They didn’t want to understand the situation and didn’t offer any real support. I spent more than 30 minutes standing helplessly, with no assistance and no alternative solution.
Given that this is a high-priced tourist attraction, I expected better service, safety, and support — especially in a city like Dubai. With all the money I paid, I felt completely stranded just because of a low battery. This could be a serious risk for families, solo travelers, or international guests. The basic needs of visitors are completely ignored — no charging points, no accessible human help.
I do not recommend this park to tourists, especially if you rely on your phone for essentials. They need to seriously rethink what “guest...
Read moreReal Madrid World – A Disappointing Experience!!! Our entire trip was ruined by a staff member named Abhirami HMC, whose complete lack of compassion and empathy left us extremely dissatisfied.
Real Madrid World is one of the smallest theme parks, and frankly, it doesn’t worth the price. My son, who is 120 cm tall, comfortably meets the height requirements at parks like Global Village and Motiongate where he enjoyed the thrilled rides. However, at Real Madrid World, the staff used two different measuring systems. Despite clearly meeting the requirement, my son was forced to use an alternative scale—the staff member even pressed down on both the scale and his head, then looked at us with a smug expression as if she had proven a point. It’s utterly absurd to claim that 119.6 cm is unsafe while 120 cm is acceptable.
The complete lack of compassion was evident, and to make matters worse, she called management Norah to confirm that short of 4MM in height is total unacceptable to the ride and we were denied entry to three major rides—leaving us with almost nothing to do. In retrospect, planning this visit was the worst decision of our trip. Total waste of...
