UniSkin Aesthetic — Attraction in Amber Valley

I am so lucky to have met Tania and Ginny.   Before my first appointment I was so worried I nearly emailed to warn them I would not be their normal "glamorous" client  as I had this image of everyone looking like a young model and I half expected a look of hopelessness when they saw me.  How wrong could I be.  From the moment I opened the door I was welcomed like a friend. I told my story to Tania, I think we have all had sad things happen to us when we get to 60 years, so I am probably no different to other clients, but in a nutshell, I was too busy caring for someone else to think about myself for one minute, so when it was over and as time moved on I looked in the mirror and couldn't see 'me' I saw someone 30 years older looking back.  I didn't want to look 21 again, I just wanted find 'me' and be able to avoid the age discrimination at work that we all pretend doesn't exist. Tania listened, I mean really listened, she explained the changes we go through, what happens to different parts of our face and why they occur.  She carefully examines your face and the areas you are concerned about and explains why the changes have happened.  For me this was such a positive moment as she also pointed out some positive areas which I had never even noticed. The treatment I chose was discussed fully before my decision was made.  You are not rushed at any time.  A full explanation of what would happen before during and after and the follow up procedure was given.  The procedure was performed in the most clean sterile environment with Tania constantly putting you at ease. Although the treatment I chose does not show instant results I walked out of UniSkin with a spring in my step which hasn't been there for a long time! My journey to the UniSkin  takes at least 2 hours but I don't mind,  for me, its worth travelling when you have found quality! Thank you so much...

I’ve been visiting Tania at UniSkin since relocating to Belper and can honestly say, she is a true Gem of a find! Since my first visit until my my most recent, she has made me feel and look amazing.

From the warm, friendly welcome received from Ginny at reception to the beautiful clinic, everything has been thought out carefully and is perfect.

At UniSkin I have never felt like just a customer, or another number. They welcome you, put you at ease and make you feel like one of their family.

Tania is incredible. She listens to your wants and needs. She gives you her expert advice and she actually cares about your results and how you feel about your results. Nothing is too much trouble and she’s always putting you at ease and making sure that you are comfortable and feeling great.

She clearly explains everything and I can honestly say, I’ve never felt like I’ve been in a safer pair of hands. Nor have I been disappointed with the results.

It’s like when you find a good dentist or Dr, you stick with them. I’ll be the same for years to come with Tania, She delivers the results I want and when you find a good one, you stick with them.

It only allows 5*’s if I could rate more, I would. Everything at UniSkin is perfect, the treatments, the people, the surroundings - highly recommend.

I came to uni skin clinic from Mansfield as Tania was highly recommended. I have previously had a non surgical rhinoplasty using filler at a different clinic with another aesthetician to help make my nose look straighter, unfortunately the filler migrated leaving me really self conscious and upset with my nose. I had my graduation upcoming on the 11th of may and wanted nothing more than to have my filler dissolved before I had the all important graduation picture taken.

I came to uni skin a week before graduation and Tania put me so at ease she really listened to me and empathised why I was so upset with the results. She talked me through every step allowing us to work together to help me get the desired look. She was so gentle and allowed me room to breathe in between injecting. She made me feel very safe and confident, I had minimal swelling and no bruising. My nose is back and she’s given me my confidence back again after month and months of not liking my appearance.
