I had a mixed experience at the Rituals Ashford outlet on Sunday 21st at 12pm. I spent £120 on gifts and was very pleased with the excellent service provided by the gentleman assisting me during the purchase. Unfortunately, the experience ended on a very disappointing note. When I asked for extra bags to place the gifts in, my request was declined by the manager in a very direct manner. Considering I purchased six gift sets, I expected at least one gift bag per item to present them properly. This lack of discretion really let the experience down.
