I hate giving bad reviews but i was so disappointed on my visit sat 27th july i am a member but had not been for a while as i walked in to the main room i could not believe how quiet it was normally on a friday or saturday the place is buzzing, i went to the bar to be told there were no draught beer at all and she did not know when they would be selling it again so the choice was bottles only, so then we proceeded to have a go on the machines after that i thought i will have a go on the roullette there were so many empty tables then i could see why every table now is a minimum of a pound a bet there used to be at least two 50 p tables so i did not bother after this i said to my partner lets get a taxi home, i can only say i hope it changes back to how it used to be do maybe in a few weeks i will give it another visit we with our friends booked for new years eve last year and was going to book again for this year but now i'm not sure whether we will, i'm sorry for this negative review but i just felt i needed to get it off my...

Rushed and Poor service (except the guy on the door, who was most excellent) I'm not ever coming here again. The guy in the roulette table can clearly see I'm put chips, so why not give me at least 20 seconds but NO!!!!!!!..... after 5 seconds he spins the the table. Stupid Idiot... Staff were friendly and greeted me on arrival. The doors were super secure and gave both a feeling of safety and unnerved you a little at the same time. The gaming floor was busy and the atmosphere was excellent for a Friday. Had some food, where the prices were quite reasonable, and a real ale from the Bar. Played a game of poker in the private upper cardroom, and was treated to chocolates as it was Valentines evening. Staff were provided and were well trained.
