I had the pleasure of ordering my engagement ring from Nashad Jewellers in September 2024, and after visiting several other jewellers beforehand in both Birmingham and London, Nashad Jewellers stood out immediately. Their prices were by far the most competitive, their designs were elegant and unique, and above all, the level of customer service was unmatched. From the moment I walked in, I felt valued and taken care of.

Hamza, the diamond specialist guided me through every detail with incredible patience and knowledge. He explained everything clearly, showed me a wide range of options, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. What impressed me most was the constant communication, I was updated at every stage of the process, and my ring arrived earlier than expected. My engagement ring was stunning and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect engagement ring.

However in August 2025, I sadly lost my ring but thankfully I had insurance. Once my claim was accepted in September, I returned to Nashad Jewellers, and once again was assisted by Hamza. Hamza was amazing and handled everything with efficiency and care. My replacement ring was ordered straight away, and just like before, Hamza has kept me updated every step of the way.

I dont know where to start but from the begining i dealt with rasism from them . All they do is write unessecrary big paragraphs on how they cant assist you . They dont favour the customer just themselves on purchases . I was about to pay for a ring but all the dude mentioned was just how last time they had to pay for a repair of a bracelet that came awfully broken from them so ofc ,they have to pay for repair costs not have there own set repair costs as other countries its different! They do payment plans for other customers i asked to pay more then a deposit and then the rest a week later but they kept denying they do them . Astagfiruallah during ramadan month of shabaan' there treating customers like this behind the scenes. I got no replt when i said i cant call there number isntead got blocked. They will props reply to this review with a long with liess reply like . I just wanted to purchase a ring and bracelet but if ive to beg to pay keep feeling like im not valued then . They replied once to me one message and then said we cant message you all day 🤦‍♀️ . And ive the broken eliza bracelet which i had to beg ask for repair fee for . The quality isnt really good for a nearly 500£ bracelet. I asked for nashad and then said he cant asist everyone and he hires them" such talk that why even tell customers ! Save yourself and go across the road to karat goldsmith!!! As tbf they made no way for me . When i accepted everything and about to pay there like we cant post a ring . Have to collect .
