Big Saj Sparkhill — Restaurant in Birmingham

The products taste completely different to the Edward Road branch, the salad in the Edward Road branch uses lettuce and red onions along with tomatoes and cucumbers. Showell green lane uses cabbage to replace the lettuce and onions which is disgusting in my eyes!. The burger meal is 20 pence more expensive in the Showell Green Lane branch compared to Edward Road. They are charging more in the Showell Green Lane branch but giving way less. Portions are smaller too in the Showell green lane branch. The doner burger was more than 50% salad in the Showell Green Lane branch! Keep away and go to Big Saj original on Edward Road. Also why only two drops of chilli sauce in a chilli tub, just about dip two chips in it and it's gone!...

Im kind enough to give one star because of the situation ive been in.this is because there was a teenage guy and hes about tall. He kept on looking at us and asking us weir questions. He also kept on making offensive faces towards us. He was taking our order and if i asked him to put something else in my order, he would make a disgusting face and smirk. I have never seen him before working in big saj but i used to love there customer service till this day but im definetely not coming back. Do not recommend...

I find one of the workers there with beard very rude.

Bought chips, came home it tastes that it was made yesterday and then they put back in oil to refresh it. I taken it back and said the same. The guy came back no apology nothing at all. Just puts his hand together, gave back money and said go.

A few days late my child went to shop for a chip packet. I think it was Sam's guy. The child asked is it fresh. In a rude way the chip shop guy said "if you want fresh go somewhere...
