I came here this evening with friends and unfortunately i was not impressed! We ordered 2 sheesha's in the flavours sweet melon and pear drops, they were ok, but we've had much better. We ordered a pot of arabic tea & a pot of mint tea and were charged £4.50 each wheras on the menu it stated £4. We also ordered a cappucino & 3 desserts which we waited for over 20 mins to arrive. We each had a mouthful of our desserts but could not eat them as they didn't taste fresh. The ferrero rocher cheesecake had some sort of gelatine/agar agar in it as it resembled & tasted like jelly and the biscuit base was too thin, hardly any biscuit. The black forest gatuex was dry and the cream on top/inside was melted. The jam coconut sponge hardly had any jam in and was too cakey as opposed to a sponge. We called for the manager to discuss our complaint and was waiting for 30 mins. We did not get an apology from him, just stated he will sort it out for us. After 30 mins somebody brought over 1 cookie dough. We spent £50 in total. Ruined evening, will not be...
Read moreWas recommended this place and was not disappointed. Very friendly and professional staff and management. Fair prices. got a Apple, cinnamon and paan Shisha with two waters And it was £16.40. Don’t understand the 40p thought but never mind. Shisha came in about 4/5 mins so not too bad at all. Disposable pipes are also available. Decor is great in the place and the place is very open and which makes it look very spacious. The seating and the setup is very good. Coal changing service is on point too. Shisha tastes fantastic.
The staff have the knowledge on how and when to change the coal and where to place them so that the flavour doesn’t burn too quickly and Shisha doesn’t go harsh which a lot of places lack.
Plenty of tvs is you come to watch a football game.
I came on a Friday around 8pm so it was pretty quite but you can tell that this place will be a buzz. Definitely will return in the future.
The place is clean and hand sanitizers are on every table. You can tell that the management cares about...

The staff are great who provide a great service, there are many familiar faces who used to work at other Shisha Lounges. It is great to see them all in one place. Arabian Krush is very spacious so it is great for groups and friends to have a wind down and njoy a good time. It is not overly priced so it is reasonable (£10-12) a Shisha but it also depends on what you get. They have private booths available and also can reserved with no extra cost. It is a first come first served basis, however saying that the seat arrangements are really good within the place. I like trying new place's and I have to say Arabian Krush will get more familiar with word of mouth. The only issue is the parking around the area which can get annoying, as it will be difficult to get a parking spot. Don't let that put you down though as it is a place I would...
