KFC Bradford - Westfield Shopping Centre — Restaurant in Bradford

So we came here for some food and were quite disappointed like most KFCs unfortunately.

I ordered on the screen and it was a simple order, box meal with 2 got wings and buttermilk garlic mayo.

I saw the 2 customers infront of me have to speak to staff regarding their order being wrong/missing items and sadly I had the same issue.

They called my number and didn't have my buttermilk garlic mayo, i asked about the mayo and he gave me regular mayo. I had to reiterate that I paid for garlic mayo and he then gave me it.

But how hard is it to read a screen and give customers what they pay for?

I know it may sound petty or silly but it's silly have to collect your order and tell the staff you haven't given me the complete order I paid for.

Not as bad the KFC in Keighley that completely just don't give you the food that you pay for.

Hi people There - KFC in Broadway Bradford shopping Centre. I give it 2 Stars. The two stars are not for Hygiene or anything. The 2 stars that I gave is for the service that they give you sometimes. Couple of days ago I got the Fill up box. Which you get inside you get. You can google this. inside the box you get one. mini fillet and 2 hot wings and chips. This for £1.99. The worst place ever broadway KFC!!! I came with my husband today around 4.55 pm and the guy on the cashier rushed us so much saying they’re going to close and order soon. Also whatever the food I asked he always replied saying it’s not available and by the mean time he was telling us in a rude way that they want to close and order soon. I also work in a restaurant, we also have a closing time but whenever a customers comes even we are about to close we never treat them like that! Very disappointed!
