Lovely long coarse sand beach with stunning cliffs behind in some sections but be advised that there have been several large landslides recently which have caused some sections of the beach to be closed. But on the flip side the landslides do reveal new opportunities to find a fossil, which are in abundance here. There is also ample parking nearby.

This is a very pretty beach. Unfortunately, there is not much treasure in the form of fossils, sea glass, or shells on this beach. However it is dog friendly and a lot of people thought it was a nice place to go for a swim.

Grom here a beautiful walk along the jurassic coast. Rocks are showings layers from millions of years ago and plenty of fossils in the area, but do be careful with falling rocks!

Not worth the cost of parking. It's a decent seaside town that has a lot going for it but the parking costs are astronomical. The town offers nothing to justify the cost. You're better of going to one of the other coastal towns in Dorset/Devon which are equally nice but you won't get ripped off in...

Nice clean beach with beautiful scenery. Has an area of the beach patrolled by lifeguards for kids to safely play. Public toilets a the top of the beach. Plenty of places nearby for food, ice cream and drinks. Highly...
