When complained about this was told, dont worry they are fixed every week. When pointed out that this rough treatment was in fact quite disturbing to those sitting near to the culprit, was advised that nothing could be done about it as 'Mac' the owner allowed it to go on as he's only interested in the money those players are losing. Asked the owner to contact me by phone in order to express my displeasure, and still awaiting the phone call. One assistant initially refused to pass on my request as he thought that my complaint was something about nothing.

Conclusion, if you enjoy sitting next to people hammering slot machines this is the place to go, if you do not enjoy that experience, there are other casinos in Cardiff which do not allow or encourage this errant behaviour.
