Hard to find decent, clean and well managed Costas these days and unfortunately this one is very poor. Firstly, the young female Barista was very nice, polite and industrious but everything else was shocking. One toilet was out of order and the other toilet, disabled, was shocking... simply filthy. Every unoccupied table was cluttered with dirty cups, etc and not one table was cleared and cleaned for the duration of our 30 minute stay. I usually use the drive thru cafe in Freemans Parc on Penarth Road but popped here for a change and the Freemans Parc one is head and shoulders above this one for quality and flavour of drink. Tables were dirty and atmosphere of staff lazy. Never again! Drive a mile around the corner and try Freemans Parc and taste...
