Greggs — Restaurant in Wales

Just bought a sandwich, 2 coffees, 1 salad, and 1 potato wedges. The sandwich was good, the salad was terrible, the coffee was so bitter I had to add milk. The potato wedges were so dry we couldn't eat them. The servers were indifferent and didn't know how to listen to customers. They asked me "eat in or take away" When we told them we'd eat in, they asked for an extra 70p. When I asked why, they said it was a sitting tax. This was the first time I'd encountered such a tax. I've never been asked for a sitting tax anywhere else. Okay then I said I'll eat it in the car. They asked me "eat in or take away" again. How ridiculous... I won't go this...

Needed a good clean up around the indoor and outdoor sitting areas tables and seats covered with food rubbish etc. Was not busy just ticking over from what I could see of the place for the twenty minutes I was around. Food as always was hot, tasty and good value, drinks also (coffeesxare just great). The staff very helpful but a smile and little chat goes a long way (mind you it was a Sunday around 3:45pm) when dealing with customers. All-in all it gets a 3 from me due to lack of attention to the customer areas and staff not being that customer orientated. Sorry guys keep on keeping on though the...

If i could give a zero i would! i ordered on the app for click and collect... still had to wait to collect my order even though i had had a text stating it was ready. I had a small window in which i could collect, and i was therefore late because of this. Not only that, My order was missing items and several were wrong...which was disappointing to say the least! The lady from customer services was super helpful though, and for that i am grateful as i could not return to address these issues myself due to time...
