Starbucks — Restaurant in Canton

Staff were very rude from start to finish. Made to feel an inconvenience when ordering - server had to go back and make the drinks venti on the order despite me asking for it and they were clearly not happy about this. Two staff members just chatting to eachother and ignoring customers. The couple before us had their drinks literally slided at them and that was it, didn't even tell them what drink it was and they were ignored when asking. When ours came, both drinks were a mess - sloppy and spilled all down the outside. We had to clean them ourselves. One was the wrong size (even after our ordering issue earlier..), but at this point we just wanted to...

A very dirty coffee shop. I arrived later in the day when it was quiet. Despite the lack of customers the tables were covered in coffee cups with rubbish on the floor.

The barista also messed up our order.

Lastly, mid week it closes at 7:30. We were not aware of this and were still having our coffee when a member of staff came over and told us the shop was now closed and we had to leave. No mention about this even a few minutes earlier. Basically we are shut so get out! The attitude of the staff was very poor.

Won't be going back. There is a Costa and Cafe Nero at the same retail park, will be going to these...

Ordered a grande matcha. The cup was as seen in the pictures: too foamy, not properly diluted and not filled to the rim, as per Starbucks’s own standards. The shop wasn’t busy by any means, so I can not give the benefit of the doubt in this particular case.

EDIT: talked to the staff about the drink and they replaced it with the drink in the third picture; the milk was silkier and there were no matcha crumbs. The staff member who helped me deal with the situation was very welcoming...
