Came today and was quite unhappy, while we were let in despite thinking we would be made to wait for the next hour slot - being 5 minutes to the next opening session; the facilities and standards have been falling. All together I counted 4 staff on the actual trampoline floor, one on the white trampoline, one alternating between the inflatable mat and inflatable slide and the other 2 walking around mainly towards the entrance to the facilities. There was a large number of children as it was mid day, so there were many crossing over trampolines that people were already occupying, and with not a lot of staff, this was not resolved until near the end of the hour session. The crash mat appeared to have a square piece of material covering a section that was secured with only duct tape, and was right in the centre of where children land when jumping of the “tower”. The “jungle” type race course was out of order so there were a lot of children in this area unsupervised. As well as along the climbing wall, where children were just throwing themselves into the foam blocks and sitting there in the way of climbers. This are also was quite low with foam blocks, so when using, I could feel the bottom of the pit when I fell. The two wall machines that include colourful dots was broken, with almost all of the LED’s not working apart from one, on each pad. The hoop for the basket ball part has become frayed and has clearly been partially fixed using duct tape. Worse of all, none of the fans were on overhead of the trampolines, however were in the cafe above. I would like to thank the member of staff who catered to my injured family member and provided information to follow up leaving the centre. I have always been aware that the price is high for a small family and the trampolines have always been hard and not bouncy but this really didn’t make me want to come back...

Mis sold the party as was told kids get hotdog pizza and chips they dont do chips Inwas told at the party. Kids were not given water like they were supposed to be tbough it was put out but we didnt know until the end where it was so kids ended up buying slushies. We was not told the arcade was card only either. There was nowhere to play her playlist in the party room which she was meant to be able to do as part of the package. The room was nice but cramped with tables so you couldnt do games ect we had 10 kids there. This is not the hosts fault apart from the water, these are issues that shouldn't happen. The polar krush cup bottle does not stand upright.though the venue has offered to change this tbough I did speak with my a manager who said it's because it's got ice in from the slush though everyones stood up. The venue has offered to change it next time. Our host was Brody and whilst he tried his best the venue was at fault. I wouldnt reccomend the venue for a party though for a experience...

This was an absolutely terrible trampoline park First of all the check in was rammed outside the door and we had to wait around 1hr and nearly missed our slot. Secondly the briefing to around 20 minutes reasonable but when the instructor got the kids to cheer if they were ready they nearly burst my eardrum I mean have some consideration for the parents Thirdly when in the cafè during my kids slot my coffee was cold, hot dog looked raw and the tables were absolutely manky. Kid might of had a blast but I certainly did not they have to start considering the parents quality. I would've gave it another star but to be honest what was stopping it was the price of the socks I mean £2.50 is extortionate they should be provided for free and also the giant dinosaur outside absolutely gave my kid a heart attack and made him go into a crying fit and begged me not to take him luckily he understands MY money would've been wasted and not his Absolutely awful...

Once we found it down the back end of the Industrail estate 1st impressions where really good. It was busy but seemed very well organised and after a quick safety briefing the kids where ready to get stuck in. There seemed to be a lot of different things to try out and the kids had a great staff, there were plenty of staff around keeping an eye on people! We where there for a party, and the girls who where there to set the party up and bring us food where really nice! A great asset to the company, the food was not bad either!! All in all a great day. Cons: Seemed a few of the timers didn’t work so the kids couldn’t try and beat each other’s times

We had been staying in Cumbria for the weekend with friends, and en route home decided to break up the journey with a stop in Carlisle. There were plenty of parking on arrival, a Monday midday, this was a bank holiday in Scotland, hence we were off. The team were really helpful and made us feel welcomed. The activities felt safe for the kids and such a great set-up. The cafe was good and worked well with the view over the trampolines and skyride, which was a huge hit for the kids. Overall a great success that we decided to stop and I would recommend for somewhere to take your child. We had children from 5 years to 9 years old. Thank you

Awful place. Zero flooring down in the main area and everything looks worn and grubby. Appears to be only young adults maybe 16-20 years old on duty and none of them are approachable. Seating upstairs, tables arent regularly cleared of left food and drinks. In my entire 3 hours no one anti bacterial wiped anything. Toilets are a disgrace, but what do you expect with youngsters using them. No checking on their state or cleaning - floor absolutely soaked in urine. The equipment looks like its had some investment - anamatronic t rex, card accepting machines and a zipline. Shame the general facilities are shoddy and worn.
