A wonderful place to visit! We attended a family fun day and it was excellent. There were 3 different film showings in the planetarium - we saw 2 of these with a break in-between. Moon Landings and the Hunt for Alien Life. Both very good and visually very exciting. All the volunteers were excellent and very friendly. We were shown different kinds of rocks and fossils, maps of Mars showing evidence of rivers, handled meteorite samples, and got to look at the sun through specialist telescopes. Other activities included: dressing up, giant night sky jigsaw, and crafts including colouring in, making a comet, and visiting the ISS using VR headsets. The kids enjoyed themselves very much. Gift shop was small and excellent: 95% under £4, good pocket money prices. Full disabled access,...

Without their kindness and support I’m not sure he would have felt relaxed enough to to access this experience.
Thank you so much for all your...

They couldn’t have done more for us bearing in mind they weren’t even open to the public and were probably in the middle of training or preparing for another...
