I came across the Historical Society when I found an obituary suggesting one of my earliest known Blaney ancestors had been buried in the Glens, so I posted on their forum, and they were able to find information on the actual gravestone. When I finally got the chance to visit Ireland I stopped by the office, and the lady working there was very friendly and helpful in getting the maps of the Bay Cemetery to find the exact plot, as well as share a bit of information about other sites in the Glens. I really enjoyed my whole stay in the area with its natural beauty...
