Cushendall Beach — Attraction in Northern Ireland

The beach is accessible via a lawn across from the free National Trust car park. There are also toilets here which was much appreciated The actual beach and sea front are beautiful. Had an unexpectedly good day here. Met family spent time in water. Very rocky/shingle/stoney beach but was good. Water felt warmer than usual. Weirdly deep compared to other beaches (portstewart/ Newcastle) Not as much waves but seems to kind of get deeper in step-like fashion rather than gentle decline. Good craic. Nice wee park too. This is a beach families would enjoy. The beach may be rocky and stoney, but it offers a unique experience. In comparison to other beaches like Newcastle and Portstewart, this one is deeper.
