It’s £8 for an hour of bouncing or £10 including food (although the meals are only £2.50 so you’re only saving 50p) the staff are very friendly and chatty. They enjoy running round and playing with the children while supervising them. They only allow entry to the bounce arena after you’ve watched a safety video. This means you have to wait until half past the hour or on the hour before you can start bouncing. They offer sensory sessions for those with disabilities every weekday between 1:30pm-2:30pm as well as on the weekend between 9am-10am.

Kids loved it. Good party and food. Coffee (cappuccino) ☕ and herbal tea (Mango and passion fruit green tea) was nice, and the price wasn't bad. Kids had hot dog 🌭 and chips🍟with beans, which tasted good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The upstairs dining area had plenty of tables and chairs up for grabs. They'll sleep tonight 🤩

We’ve just had a party for my son who is 13 today, he has autism so we booked his party on their send session - the staff always go above and beyond and are so good with our children - we had 20 children at the party and each and everyone of them enjoyed it, we can’t not praise the staff enough, a massive thank you to you all 🥰

From purely an enjoyment standpoint, I would have given this place 4-5 stars, as there was lots to do and we had a really great time there.

Unfortunately, from a safety point of view, I have had to score the experience much lower. I had only ever been to Rebound before but I was so surprised at how little safety was taken into account here.

When you go to Rebound, they make you watch the safety video from start to finish in a quiet room and you can’t enter the play area until you’ve watched it. Here, you are:

A) taken to an assigned open area, metres away from the activities, which makes it loud/hard to hear B) we just ‘joined on’ to the existing group so we would have missed some of the initial safety information C) there was nothing to stop us just walking past and entering

At Rebound you buy the trampoline socks before you enter said quiet room and everyone puts them on before you go onto the play area. Here:

A) no one asked whether we had trampoline socks (fortunately we had some already) B) there was no point when we were told to put them on C) plenty of people didn’t even have them on!!

On the safety videos, it is mentioned to not double-jump and for two people not to use the same trampoline. Yet here, there were countless children, running/racing/chasing across trampolines (without trampoline socks) with no thought about who was on them at the time. This made my son very nervous at times and couldn’t play the way he wanted to, as he (and I) weren’t used to people randomly occupying the trampoline we were on. Sometimes kids are just having fun and are unaware, but this also could have been due to not hearing the safety video…and even if they did, the members of staff overseeing the trampolines made no attempt to stop/warn the children who were doing this.

I really hope more training is offered to staff and a better structure is put into place, because while the place has all the makings of a great experience, safety should...

Honestly, this is an amazing place for my son. The value is great for what you get; food is pricey, but not incomparable to other, similar venues; the staff are delightful and the atmosphere is great. It's a totally 5-star place...unless, like me, you're disabled. The location means only 1 disabled parking space. There is room for at least another - the one they have is often blocked by a staff member's Audi (or so I was told by a member of staff there). That's not the big issue, though, it's the huge lack of 21st Century awareness of equal access. There are a couple of cursory tables and chairs by the party rooms, but that's it. If you are in a wheelchair, or have mobility issues, forget it. You can't see the kids; you can't sit with the party; you can't get a coffee; you just get shoved in a corner out of the way, like the inconvenience you are... it's totally unacceptable. I am stunned that there is nothing to get a person up to the coffee shop, main viewing area etc. If you under 2's, you might as well not bother...that's all upstairs too. A platform lift,a stair lift, anything should be a simple thought for any company. . especially one that promotes (and rightly so) their SEND sessions. I spoke to the staff, who all seemed stunned at the idea that I might want to have a good view of my son playing, join the other parents in conversation or purchase a drink. It was if I were the only person to have queried the lack of non-ambulatory, disabled access, when lo and behold, another family with a wheelchair user entered... Really, this needs to be addressed urgently. I do hope it is. It would make this a 6-Star venue in Doncaster. It...

Visited go bounce with 4 year old to a children’s party. The venue was nice and clean lots to do, think really great for older children but not young children. The safety video they show I get is necessary but pointless not one child was paying attention and the under 5 kids did not even appear to understand what was happening, the audio was really bad too and as an adult I could not even hear half of what was said. The staff on the cafe were rude, I was only person waityto get a drink and there were three staff members including what appeared to be a manager just stood chatting. They completely ignored me for a good few minutes until one of them said oh are you being served- obviously not should have been my response seen as they were ones on there just having a conversation. There was also no snacks out for you to buy otherwise I may have been tempted by a cake. The party food was also not a great selection and I would have thought the kids would get desert but none appeared, I would not be booking a child’s birthday party here if that was the selection. The kids did have a great time though, just disappointing about the safety features and...
