I recently visited Deal Pier and I must say, it was an amazing experience. The pier is a great place to spend some quality time with family and friends, with its breathtaking views and serene surroundings.
Starting with the pier itself, it's a well-maintained structure that offers plenty of space for visitors to enjoy the views of the sea and the surrounding coastline. Whether you're a fan of fishing or simply want to enjoy the sea breeze, Deal Pier has something for everyone.
In addition to the pier, there are plenty of amenities available for visitors, including shops, cafes, and restaurants. The food and drink options are varied and delicious, with something to satisfy every taste bud.
What I particularly enjoyed about Deal Pier was the peacefulness and tranquility of the area. The views of the sea were simply stunning, and the sound of the waves crashing against the pier created a calming and relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Overall, I highly recommend a visit to Deal Pier. It's a great place to relax, unwind, and take in the beauty of the sea. Whether you're a local or just visiting, it's definitely...
Read moreTo say the least, there is not much to do on Deal's Pier, but I like that. No bright light, loud music bangin' and jolly amusements arcades... damned, that's no longer a Pier then! Well, there is a splendid vue either side of the Pier and right at the end, I'm pretty sure there is a little acade and a couple of street food/ice cream points for those who made it to the end! One thing you won't see on the Brighton Pier is that angling is allowed on the Deal Pier. It doesnt seem that the anglers are being very successful at fishing on that spot but at least they provide some authentic...
Read moreNo bicycles allowed at all. 10 of us WALKED our bikes along the pier to SPEND MONEY at the cafe. We were turned back as no bikes allowed, even walking them. Obviously Deal can afford to lose customers today and in the future as I will not return to the pier. They had a loss of over £100 food order which we spent elsewhere. It was suggested we leave our bikes outside the pier entrance (it is a very long pier). Our bikes average £3000 each and there is no secure space to lock the bikes and with bikes out of our view there is no way we were going to leave them where it...
