So, we had a decent meal and took 2 beers, all good. We ordered a second beer, Punk IPA on draught. They brought us an undrinkable beer, possibly something wrong with the draught itself or maybe with our glasses. I can guarantee, undrinkable (and we drink Punk IPA a lot, we know the beer very well). When told the "kind" lady, she apologises and offers to take us something else. So, to minimise the problems, I take a basic Ale (price lower that the original IPA), my husband takes another beer, same price. We thought, it doesn't matter, it can happen. Tha manager came to our table and asked us to pay the second beer as apparently nothing wrong with the first one 😱😱😱. Of course we didn't pay. The question is, how long have you been doing this job? When a customer says a beer is disgusting, please listen to the client instead of acting histerical. You are probably too busy and underpaid, but that's not the client's fault. Cheers to magical Deal!
