RITUAL Beauty & Skin Clinic — Attraction in East Hampshire

Had my pre wedding trial spray tan today with Saskia. She was very nice but the spray tan was done in a small bathroom and the windows were kept shut. There did not appear to be any extraction fan on which Councils do stipulate should be in place to remove overspray. When I got home I had a sore throat and could feel chemicals on my chest. I told Selina in reply to her feedback email and she cancelled my further appointments even for my nails! She had no desire to rectify the situation so that her clients could breathe so I asked for a refund since she had completely wasted my time and money and my wedding was approaching. she did not care and told me she would not give me a refund nor reply to my emails!!!!! I can’t believe her staff don’t wear masks, don’t open windows and don’t have an extraction ventilation. These tans are not safe to inhale, the chemicals cause asthma, copd and perhaps lung cancer!! Unsafe. Do not care about customer safety!!!

Your response is disrespectful, dismissive and arrogant. My conduct has not been rude merely factual. I did not say anything when I left as I didn’t have a sore throat at that point and needed to get out in the fresh air outside but I did find the experience shocking that I was breathing in lots and lots of spray. I will be in contact with EHDC as you have no ventilation when you choose to keep windows shut as you did today. There should be extraction ventilation and you don’t appear to have it in a toilet which is a very small room for spraying lots of spray tan!i was not asked if I wanted to choose ventilation! As most men, Never had my brows done professionally so was a bit nervous to go into a Salon. I’d previously done a dodge diy on my eyebrows and was panicking as I had an important event coming up). Booked online, went down the next day and the calmest experience. Both members the staff were Very friendly, professional and attentive. Short waiting time.The salon was relaxing and very clean. Saskia waxed my eyebrows and I was very happy with how they turned out, The arch was shaped very well and she worked wonders making them look even again.

By the time I left she had my eyebrows looking full, even and natural. It’s been two weeks and they still look on point. Couldn’t have felt more welcomed. Would highly recommend! Employees displayed great customer service. Will be seeing me...

My first treatment with Ashleigh today. I came in feeling warn down, under the weather and tense and I left a completely relaxed and regenerated person. Amazing. Would most definitely recommend.

Had I not been so under the weather over the last month I would also have given 5 stars to Sarah for her wonderful Reflexology treatments.

One further comment - I have seen quite a few therapists and they are all dedicated and good but they also say how wonderful the management is and how happy they are - and that Selina is most definitely down to...
