Costa Coffee — Restaurant in East Hampshire

Popped on a very hot day for a mango and passion fruit for my daughter and I. The young woman behind the till seemed to be only taking orders and writing them down - very slowly. The young man at the back was rushed off his feet trying to keep up with cold drinks orders. He seemed to disastrously the start of every order to stock up on something, whilst the woman just stood about. Hence, service was very slow and one or two disgruntled customers. We sat and waited. Having made one of our drinks, he disappeared again to return and say he had no mango left. Having worked in catering in my youth, I would suggest management encourage teamwork. Rude staff and terrible customer service...

They lady took our order and My friend was told he could use his voucher Only HIS drink was then made He was then informed he couldn't use the voucher and the woman told me I can pay for it with my points... She were then sarcastic when I said I didn't have enough points, I only have cash They then took my order again and finally made my drink She then had the audacity to Ask me if I could hurry up because other customers were waiting.. even though I'd been waiting there with the cash in my hand to pay the entire time ... Note that no one had once told me the cost or to hand them the money

Will stick to cafe Nero in future, at least they treat people fair...

Before I start the staff are great. But over the last few weeks the coffee just doesn't taste as good as it used too! I have a caramel latte & on occasions it seems like the caramel syrup may have been forgotten to be put in, also the flavour of the coffee is no where near as good as it used to be, unfortunately rather than waste £4 on a drink that is mediocre at best I need to spend it somewhere where I can enjoy my coffee. I do hope that Costa can improve the flavouring! I have noticed that both Starbucks & Nero's do a 2 shot coffee as standard where is Costa is only 1 shot, well thats all that I get in...
