HotSpring World Surrey — Attraction in Elmbridge

From start to finish HotSpring World have been amazing (5 Star). They were very friendly yet professional at their approach to selling us a hot tub. We did a lot of research on what Hot Tub to buy and what was the best all round make, before going to see Ken and his team.

There a lot of hot tubs on the market but for us we wanted to get one that would last us a long time and return us the best value for money. When you Google "Hot tubs uk", there a lot that spring to the top but beware of the flashy names and colours.

Also beware of those claiming to be American hot tubs, I found a lot were cheaper Chinese imports made under licence. Where as Hot Springs are real American built hot tubs and well worth the bit extra you might pay.

We’ve had ours just over five months and we love it. I was honestly sceptical when Ken said you’ll want to be in it even in the winter months but how right he was. Rain or shine, cold or warm we are in ours at least three times a week.

I would also mention the great after sales care and help that Ken and his team have given us, no question is too small or big they know it all and are happy to help.

Oh and their delivery guy's are briiliant, even with our restricted access they battled through the rain to get us our hot tub.

On a side note the running cost are very good also, we’ve had no real significant rise in cost.

Can highly recommend Hotspring .Sarah is extremely helpful and knowledgeable,no hard sell. We were procrastinating about buying a hot tub as there are so many around and didn't know what to look for ,but a friend has one from hotspring and is extremely pleased with it,so we turned up at the weybridge site ,(inadvertently a couple of days before the november lockdown ,so Sarah was having to empty all the tubs the following day, so good timing ) and she lent me a swimsuit and towel ( they even have a changing room) and I was able to try them out. We ended up buying one ,which arrived last monday.We have used it every day .It's wonderful. Covid has made setting it up a bit more challenging but sarah is always on the end of a phone to answer queries ,and gets back to you immediately . We went for the fresh water salt system as preferred the sound of it to chemicals,and are very happy with it.Thought it might be quite salty, but it isn't at all,and as the water is softened its very kind to your skin. We visited Hotspring World Weybridge with very little knowledge on hot tubs however Ken was very informative and answered our questions. He was happy to show us all options and suggested we return to try out one of their hot tubs before making a decision. After narrowing our choices we returned and saw Sarah who gave us further advice, spending time with us demonstrating the limelight flair and giving us the space to decide with no pressure to buy. The delivery and installation went smoothly and they were extremely considerate of any disruption they caused to us/our neighbours We could not ask for better aftercare from Sarah at the showroom. She contacted straight after delivery to check all went to plan and she offered her advice and support when we were unsure of how to maintain the water quality. No problem was too small.
