Buteco BH UK — Restaurant in England

For my 21st birthday party I booked a table a week in advance, specifying the number of people (8) and that I would like to sit in a comfortable place and not in the middle of the room + on the day I called to make sure everything was ok. But I was very disappointed when we arrived and were seated at a table for 4 in the middle of the room. After a 40-minute wait, they moved us to an empty table and after announcing our order to the waiter, the manager says that the kitchen is closed for some reason earlier than usual. My guests were hungry and I was upset to see the whole picture and how long it had taken. It was not very pleasant to go through this on my birthday. Why confirm the booking if you have no room for us? Very disappointed. I am just writing to let people know what my experience has been. The place is beautiful! Ola's bar is very clean, classy and the staff and owners are really professional and friendly. Their cocktails are not only really nice to the taste but also to the eye. The price is very reasonable. Ila, Luca and Robert have created an exceptional family run place in very difficult times, and they do such a good job! We got to know them the more we went there. This place just can't be faulted.
