Do not go to the Family Fun Day (unless you love queueing for hours) We went to the Family Fun Day yesterday thought it was a great deal to get the £29 family ticket, and it was an absolute waste of time and money. We quened 45 minutes on the road to get to the car park, not knowing that would be the shortest queue for the day. We got in at 1.40pm and there was a queue for every ride - the wheel queue was about 1 hour long, mini Land Rover queue was longer with about 100 people waiting and 4 cars. Bouncy castle queue perhaps a bit shorter as there are four castles but at least 80 people waiting. Even the queue for ice cream was 20 minutes long. There was no face painting, music rock chairs, obstacle course, or birds of prey as advertised. There are many rude people that push themselves to the front of the queue, and there are a lot rubbish around. It's good for picnic and watching the horse race. Not for kids fun fair.

My family went to the 2021 Fireworks. We live locally so we're able to walk, but parking looked chaos. We arrived at just after it opened and there were already 20min queues to pick up our prepaid ride bands. Once in we got on about 4 rides before it got so busy that it was impossible to move let alone queue. We went home for an hour or so and returned to watch the fireworks from outside the racecourse. One of the staff said precovid they had 10000 people but this year they had 12500. For £30 a head they really must do much better. I won't be returning if you do go I recommendgetting there well before the gates open. Without buying a ticket you can watch from the bridge in the carpark I would just do that in future.

Been going to Windsor for thirty years or so and the whole experience has just got worse and worse. We used to love it and used the silver ring, great value and good facilities - now non existent - then the club is expensive, impossible to get a reasonably priced drink and the wine is from some obscure region that I didn't know made wine, and given that it is only open for a few months the restaurants are frequently not open or impossible to book - no one returns your calls. Shame as it is a lovely track for what it is

I was absolutely appalled on how myself my husband and my son (aged 11) was treated at this racecourse I called prior to arriving and spoke to a person in the office I asked if camper vans are allowed on site over night as we was coming from Essex our visit here was to break up our journey to Torquay I was told there is a car park that I was more than welcome to stay overnight in that so we arrived and the car park was a big field ok not fantastic but we would make do with the on board generator until the morning. However after the races which we paid £23 each for entry we decided to have a glass of wine or 3 we was settled when a man came and said what are you doing I told him exactly how my conversation on the telephone was he then said ok well il let security know but he was concerned in his words that we were “pikeys” he left but t after 15 minuets a security guard came stating we have to leave the site I and my husband explained again we also said that my husband was over the drink drive limit to be told it’s ok your in private property!!! Again we was shocked my son was becoming anxious as the man called his boss someone by the name of Alan whom then told us through this third party that he will call the police which we urged them to do as I am sure the police would of been gobsmacked for someone insisting that we can drink drive All I can say is I will never visit this racecourse again as the guy in the office that I spoke to does not exist even with proof on my phone log! Disgusting behaviour by a security company called first security I believe they need to educate their employees with some empathy and the right side of the law!!! It wa a field full r...

I never normally write reviews but our 1st time experience at this racecourse last night was unbelievable. There were two price options to enter and ok we went for the cheaper option in the silver ring but the facilities in there were absolutely appalling. It was basically an open picnic area which was unmown, the tables & benches were in need of repair and refurbishment. There was 1 chicken & chips van selling COLD food, There were only 2 bookmakers in there both of whom said that the racecourse management had neglected the silver ring area of the course & boy were they right !! There was a so-called carvery area which was closed & dilapidated, the doors, windows & facia boards to this building were falling to pieces & looked like they haven't seen a paintbrush for about 20 years. The bar was a complete mess, expensive & had very limited choice of beverages. The toilet was a disgusting portaloo !!! Other racecourses around the country that we attend still allow access to the parade ring even when paying the lesser entrance fee, but this place you couldn't see a thing. For a ' ROYAL' course we were expecting alot better, so the management of this racecourse seriously need to up their game & get this part of the course into a better state...

On Monday, we celebrated a truly momentous occasion – my father’s 90th birthday with a day at the races. Our experience in the Castle Suite at the hospitality Pavilion turned out to be nothing short of wonderful, making it a perfect venue for such a celebration. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by the staff and shown to our suite. The buffet food was lovely, and service great, we were looked after very well by Angie, our dedicated hostess. The thrill of the races was undoubtedly the highlight of the day, and we were fortunate enough to have David Crosse, ex-jockey, join us to give us tips and advice as well as organise some treats for my father, making him feel extra special. Perhaps the most heartwarming aspect of the day was seeing my father enjoy himself among family and friends, it was an unforgettable experience. As the evening ended, we left with full hearts, feeling grateful for the time spent together and the memories created. The birthday boy had an amazing time as did all our guests. We would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or to just enjoy some horseracing from the comfort of a...
