Boleros Pizzeria Café — Restaurant in England

I am sorry owner for my low review, but I consider is fair peoples know my experience, and don't make it wrong like us.

We find you on Google Maps on a high review, while being in holiday around your area and we said deserve to try you for a dinner...

We find the food to be expensive, but we didn't run away, expecting an extrem italian quality + big portions under this high review., but was normal quality, with decent small portions.., nothing extreme to reflect that expensive prices..

I may be a poor old facion person.....but what hurt the most was that 10% service charges(+6£) on top of the bill.., just like that..even we paid £60 for 2×12" pizzas, 2×portions of pastas + 2×small sparking waters..

In over 15 years living in UK, and traveling many times in Italy and Spain, I didn't find yet big restaurants to charge this amount.., what to say about your small 20-25 seats shop..., with a restricted shared parking.

I'm sorry again, but I think is right to be fare, and is good for new clients to prepare that, in the end they will pay 10% on top of the...

I don't often leave reviews (4 reviews in 5 years), but this lovely place certainly deserves one. I live locally (15 minute walk) and last night wasn't the first time I've been, but have only been a handful of times and I've never got around to leaving a review, so I would like to redress this omission.

We went for a quick impromptu bite last night and I had forgotten how good the food is. The pizza dough is incredible, the toppings are fresh, and the proportion of toppings to base is perfect. If this place was nearer Windsor town centre I'm sure you would need to make a reservation a week in advance.

I was kicking myself last night for having left it so long since our last visit. The beer was super cold, the service was friendly and professional, price reasonable, and the toilets were spotless. I can't recommend this place enough and will be sure not to leave it so long until...

Came in this evening for a meal, been here many times! Order took ages to come and it came out at 3 separate times! Hot side came 15 mins before 1 main and other main came about 5 mins after that. If we'd waited then side and main would have been cold. Within this time lots of takeaways were going out, such a shame they were prioritized over a sit in.

Asked for the tip, which amazingly they felt ok to add, to be taken off.....was told they had lots of orders but failed to say sorry! With the tip taken off, payed and got home to see they added it again to the bill.
