Visited this waterpark on a gloriously hot august day whilst on holiday, 2 adults, children ages 15,12,7 and a baby. I think this waterpark is fab for children who love water aged over 2 years old. No good for my baby but she was happy enough watching all the children. My 7 year old absolutely loved the new pirate island which opened recently (may 2024) which is great for the under 12s as advertised. We were there for 4 hours and my 7 year old only left pirate island twice to go on the bigger slides with my partner and then straight back to pirate island, infact he never came back to me once, I had to get him at the end of our session he was having so much fun. Lol. The bigger kids and my partner loved the big slides and they would of stayed longer, lol. But the queues were no problem and went down fast despite it being school summer holidays and a red hot Friday (pure sun and 24 degrees) found a seat quickly and easily enough too even though we entered at 1pm, as they have plenty of sun loungers as well as picnic benches around. Abit pricey but that's just they way things are at the minute so it was expected. But definitely a great place on a sunny day and I would definitely return. Tip. You have to book online and cannot pay at the gate, although they do allow u to stand and book it on your phone yourself at the gate. We will return if we ever stay in Devon again

This was meant to be the highlight of our couple of days in devon. Entered the park after 2pm. Wasn't that busy as it was a windy day. We were having a great time until a group of young boys wrecked it. My son got hurt due to unsupervised slides, well they were being lifeguarded of a sort. The slides with rings a Male lifeguard was paying no attention to the slides and looking at the view. The lady lifeguard on the other mat slides was better. Told group of kids to go down on backs, as she walked to the other slides all 3 boys went on knees all together. My son went infront of them and got them all at the bottom. Got hurt! We had to leave. Cheers! I have been to cleaner and supervised parks abroad. The changing room was muddy and stank of wee. As a public place they should be cleaning the floors with disinfectants. If I was the manger there I would be gutted to have a park like this. I hate leaving reviews this sad but we were so disappointed.

It was very cold on the day we went. However, there is plenty to do in terms of water slides, the water was quite warm to be honest. It was when you got out the water, you started to freeze. 🤣 The lockers are very small and there's not much room to move about in the changing rooms, it's very claustrophobic, in my opinion. Also I asked to rinse my baby bottle out (as it had curdled) to which there wasn't anywhere for me too do it, according to the young girl behind the desk. Pretty shocking really that throughout the whole area, there wasn't a single place I could wash my baby bottle out. Even the 30p public toilet wash facilities didn't work. Think the council need to revamp the facilities and make sure everything is in working order.

Great fun for the family. Clean and well maintained. The only reason it gets 3 stars is there was about 20 travellers who started a fight at the top of the highest ride and hit a young lady who worked there in the face. We felt this was dangerous and not dealt with well so we decided to leave early as I have young children and I didn’t want them to be caught up in anything. The reason we felt it was dealt with badly was because nothing was done about it. The staff were worried about coming across as not being inclusive but if anyone hits anyone in the face regardless of their background they should surely be removed from the park.

Had 3:30 pm session on a hot day, by 5 pm there were no queues at all and we went countless times on every ride we wanted. Amazing place and really fun rides, Devil’s Drop was the scariest of all but my teenagers went on it multiple times. We mostly enjoyed the donuts rides.
