I recently decided to book IEMT sessions with Emma after following her on social media participating in her kundalini classes and training on her Reiki one training back in January which I had a great experience Iāve done lots of training and With Emmaās knowledge and warm kind heart and welcoming energy, I decided to book on to her Reiki two training in September which I am looking forward too.
Since then I have also booked onto Emma's online coaching practitioner course which I found great and inspiring with the knowledge and information delivered in the sessions.
I then went on to book coaching sessions with Emma where she tailors these sessions around youā¦your needs, your wants. We worked through IEMT sessions due to my history of complex trauma-limiting beliefs and old programming and after trying other modalities (talk therapy) etc I was amazed at how well this worked and how quickly my shift was after each session from my energy to my mindset even down to the food I was now eating. I had such a positive shift since my last session, I felt like the weight of the world had been lifted from my shoulders.
I feel blessed to have come across Emma and her work, and the knowledge that she has. She is an easy person to talk to empathetic and understanding.
We have also worked on my business, planning a positive way to move forward she gave me some great advice and tips and we set some goals to be completed for my next session this left me feeling amazing and upbeat on my last session. I am continuing my journey with Emma as my coach and looking forward to my next session. I would highly recommend Emma to anyone and have done friends and family. if you havenāt tried IEMT my advice is to give it a try you wonāt regret it. You'll be amazed.

I suffer from CPTSD and significant trauma response due to issues throughout my childhood and adult life. The variety of techniques she offers are brilliant - coaching me through issues with sleep, nutrition, stress, family issues and a whole lot more!
She has also used IEMT and talking therapy to usefully support my 8 year old son who suffers from ADHD and trauma issues. She again adapted her skills to support his needs and even used her cat Daisy as a support animal for my son to engage with.

Her immediate warmth and friendliness puts you at ease for what is a fairly intense and personal session, and she is so encouraging throughout. Even just from the intro call, she made me feel at ease and like she understood me.
It may seem odd to consider thinking about your trauma while following her finger with your eye but it really did work to āloosenā memories and make them seem more distant, and Emma was a compassionate cheerleader throughout. After just two sessions I definitely feel a difference and a bit more distanced from the trauma. Iāve been going to CBT and exposure therapy to help with my issues but this did just as much as months of that in a few sessions!
After the sessions, she even sent a follow up message to check in on how I was doing emotionally and sent some additional info, which I was really grateful for - thank you Emma!
