Filling Station — Restaurant in Scotland

After waiting over 30mins for any sign of our food it was brought out cold sent the fries back and they were just put back in the fryer and sent back. I had a calzone which was cold in the middle but had waited so long for the food to come I ended up just eating it. After eating the dirty plates were just left on the table even after sitting my bag in the table and trying to attract a member of staffs attention. Some other tables just up and left as the service was terrible. The staff looked totally miserable presuming that was because the kitchen were really slow sending out food and dishes were just being left under a heat lamp. Our order wasn't difficult and there was only one other order at the time of ordering but it took forever to come out. Who I presume was the manager was walking about but not doing anything regarding the poor service and long wait time. It wasn't cheap we were over 60 quid for our meal but the food was substandard cold and the salad was browning having been out for too long. The cajian chicken calzone I had only had normal chicken in it and one pepper with no cajian flavour at all. It was so undercooked the cheese hadnt even melted. Went tonight and I ended up walking out. Asked the girl to give us a few mins to look at the drinks menu think this may have annoyed her as we were left sitting for a good while whilst she chatted with other staff. Alot of staff milling around talking to each other. Seemed to be a very young team and they were more interested in talking to each other than serving the few customers that were in. When we did order the drinks sat a good 10 mins before being brought to the table. My husband and I had honeycomb milkshake which tasted like milk with some cream. Mine and my sons meal came out cold as they were sitting forever, again whilst staff chatted. He waitied with my husband while his was redone. I decided not to wait and went to do some shopping instead. Poor service when the place is busy is bad enough but when it's not and staff are talking it's not good. Husband and son didn't think the food was up to much either. They did take 20%off the bill but even still lesson learned we...

Ordered Burgers + loaded nachos + buffalo bites and various drinks, here's what happened: Nachos were cold and all stuck, found very little cheese, close to none and it was so cold that you can't pick a single nacho up, you have to break them. Young lady server was coughing throughout the restaurant floor and a table behind us refused to eat what she delivered, took the dishes back to the kitchen. I've asked the young lady if they do non-alcoholic beer or something, she said no. We ordered something else, I was later going through the menu and found that they do offer non-alcoholic bud light at 0% and also kind of non alcoholic pale IPA drink. I've asked for those, manager overheard and said yes they have them. Eventually I got what I wanted. They brought the burgers and they were terrible, disgusting. The paties are taken from frozen and dumped on a pan, it's not hard to notice a frozen patty, seriously, you call yourself an American...
