Couldn't see any of the P.E kit for my child's school so tried to grab the attention of a few of the members attention. Whilst the majority were busy there were some just wandering around seemingly doing very little and I felt like I was ignored. When I finally managed to get the attention of one member of staff she seemed totally disinterested in serving me. Daughter tried on items needed and when I asked for a bigger size in one of them the young lady serving me rolled her eyes. If this wasn't the only supplier of the items I required I would have walked out and taken my custom elsewhere. Simple customer service skills make such a difference and a few of the staff lack these. We tried half sleeves, staff gave full sleeves by mistake. They don't allow us to open the pack without buying. We realised they gave wrong shirt type when we reached home. They didn't bother to bear the return postage for exchange. I had to drive 15miles to return and get the correct type of shirt.

On top of this, they promised free initial printing on mid-layer any time later when we show the receipt, when we visited them today they denied their earlier words and charged £3 for printing the 2 letters on mid-layer.

What a shame. I wonder why schools trust this unreliable, shoddy shop to to stack...

I found them to be way overpriced. The staff know their stuff and the rating isn't a reflection on them.

To answer your question I looked at various items including clothing, supports and bandages, and running trainers. You had compressions shorts priced at £50 and I found them elsewhere for less than half of that on more than one occasion.
