The worst customer service we have ever received. Last Friday we purchased the Kingstone Atlanta 6 seater table and chair rattan set for Ā£249.99 in their āup to 75% off saleā. What a con that is. This outlet advertised the RRP as Ā£699.99 on this set and it was classed as one of their āspecial saleā items. We were so pleased with our purchase and we went to put it together at home. Our bargain became clear why it was so cheap. It never retailed originally for Ā£699.99 because if it did then it is daylight robbery. The sides of the table did not fit at all, in fact they were inches out from where you had to bolt it securely. I sent a Facebook message asking someone to contact me and I had photographic evidence of the item clearly not being fit for consumer use but I was told in a Facebook message that what we had done was causing it not to work. Incorrect. We followed the instructions that came with your item and we also tried other ways for quite some time over our bank holiday weekend and it still did not work. My husband went into the outlet to speak to someone about our faulty goods and spoke with the owner, Matthew. Matthew is probably one of the most unpleasant people my husband has come across in retail and is arrogant and rude. Our goods are clearly faulty but Matthew would not accept this and said that he can āguaranteeā he can fix the problem if we let someone come and have a look at it. Matthew has sold 70 of this set over the bank holiday weekend and has not had a single one with an issue. Therefore, my question to you Matthew is if you have not had any of these returned, ever, how on earth can you āguaranteeā you will fix the issue? Matthew has now sold out of this set and therefore cannot replace it for us, instead he offered no compensation except a parasol base from the showroom which doesnāt actually fit our parasol (thanks so much)!! We cannot be reimbursed anything for our faulty goods because he argues it is not faulty. Iād also like to point out that the prices you see advertised during their sale is not the prices that the stock was prior to the sale. Matthew has hidden those from his consumers and is only advertising the RRP (he never sells at this price by the way) so please Matthew could you also explain how much your consumers are actually saving in your big 10 day sale because currently you are misleading the public by only showing the RRP and not actually what you would sell at without the sale being on. I hope at least one person that was considering spending their money with this outlet reads this and doesnāt waste their time or their hard earned cash with people that are misleading their consumers and delivering possibly the worst...

They may have items on offer but the rudeness of their staff is like nothing I have ever experienced! They did not explain at any stage that if you decided to purchase one thing, you as a customer must literally run around the shop looking for that exact person who you initially spoke to. How is that good customer service especially when you can see staff doing zero at the till point. On Saturday 2nd November, I approached the check out and asked for assistance as my husband wanted an additional item. The 2 ladies at the checkout, who were not serving any customers at this point, asked me to go hunting around the shop to find the person I initially spoke to re another item over an hour ago! I enquired why that is the case as we were not aware that is the process as it was my first time there only to be met by rolling eyes, then the woman at the checkout stormed off and in front of my sight gossips about me to another colleague, then marches towards me and says another guy will help me when he is available. A 3rd guy Mike said he will do it with so much attitude and anything but good customer service skills!. I asked him why the staff in the shop were so rude and unhelpful and he started telling me I am not the only customer and if I wanted to leave the things then I should do that! I was shocked to be honest as I have never ever been treated in such an appalling way. I told him I will go to social media and he said carry on and be a warrior and stormed off. My husband and I just had to leave the store without anything because of the complete disrespect and very poor customer service we experienced at this store. I am not precious about waiting my turn or following rules or process but that process or rules must be explained to your customers. Your customers pay for the items so they do deserve at least basic manners and respect! I will never support this store as a matter of principal and I will make sure that my family and friends know about our terrible experience too! I suggest the management team seriously consider sending their staff on a customer service skills course and they can learn the basics of client care and customer service. Very disappointed especially as this was our first and only time visiting the store and I can confidently say we will never step foot there again and neither will...

The staff were super friendly and helpful, we ordered on the Monday and it has arrived today. The guys delivering were great, despite getting the sofa into the house being a struggle as it is a mid-terrace and the angles are rather awkward - they carried it around the back of the house and through the garden to get it in and were super friendly despite this being really awkward first thing on a Thursday morning!
I cannot recommend them enough and they have got so much other furniture too not just sofa's - if you're looking for a great deal...
