Excellent service from this company. Ordered my gravel and the driver dropped it off right on my drive. Will be using again on my next project. The guy in the yard was very helpful 5☆. Got another 4 bags of gravel delivered by a different driver this time. Once again he dropped them exactly where I wanted them. Here's a tip, ask the driver to hang the gravel bag where you want it and slice the bottom of the bag with a Stanley knife. Works a treat. Would recommend this...

In the first place the pump we ordered from JT Atkinsons arrived on time. However it has been been temperamental since the 3 month mark. We recently contacted the retailer after getting our plumber to look at the pump. Unfortunately it was faulty. JT Atkinsons completely flaunted their responsibility as a retailer under the consumer rights act to deal with the pump. We are now going to have to take this to trading standards and potentially a small claims court to...

Unbeknownst to me DX express had only delivered 1 part of my delivery which luckily turned out to be just enough. JT Atkinson notified me of the delivery mistake and have offered me a replacement or a refund. Very helpful and honest company with integrity. Shame on the delivery driver of DX taking a picture of the corner of the parcel and not taking my delivery to my front door but leaving it in the communal area. 5 stars to...
