Had an amazing night out at The.Place telford. Lots.of disabled facilities and the staff are clued up to look out for those of us that need assistance without being pushy. Easy to get to. Easy to.park. a v short walk from car park to theatre entrance. Staff all wore masks and there were plenty of hand sanitizer. Would recommend coming here. Make sure u get in touch if u need a wheelchair space or any other type of help. Could see the stage well from our seats and there were no sound issues. We were given tickets so had no say as to where we sat row k 4 and 5. Although we had to go up stairs for the seats. We were able to take our time with staff on hand if needed. Seats r typical for this type of venue so take ur cushions if u normally do. Not much legroom which again Is standard. Take care, b sensible , enjoy ur night out.

Been coming every year for about 6 years for the Christmas pantomime. The panto is fantastic and fun for the whole family. Seating is a bit awkward if you have little ones as the floor seating is all level rather than sloped so if there's an adult sat in front of them it can be difficult for them to see. It has disabled access but no changing places toilet which was difficult for us with my 6 year old disabled daughter who still wears nappies. Small bar with refreshments and they usually have stalls selling souvenirs and usual flashing toys. Definitely recommend the pantomime it's amazing.

Staff and bar staff excellent .my only criticism is that the audience are required to sit in there seats when bands are performing .which must be a disappointment .for bands as no audience participation .that was my 1st night out at the place .very doubtful I will be booking tickets to see tribute bands again .when staff ask you to seat in your seat .when all you may want to do .is have an enjoyable night

Update - The theatre have contacted me to explain they did have 0% beer available however there was a lack of knowledge by the bar staff of this. They will be re-educating their staff to prevent further issues of this nature occurring.

Let me entertain you - Robbie Williams, great show. Unfortunately if you are a driver and want to drink non alcoholic lager or beer this isn't the place for you. We arrived early to enjoy a pre show drink to be told they didn't have any 0% alcohol beer behind the bar. We asked if they would allow us to go out and buy non alcoholic beer to enjoy while watching the show, not a chance, they wouldn't allow or even consider this option. Great show spoiled by the bar staff and poor beverage choice. We heard 2 other visitors ask for non alcoholic beer, and I do understand that if only 3 people want 0% products it may not be viable to hold stock behind the bar, which is why I asked if I could go out to buy from a local shop meaning I could enjoy a pre show drink with the rest of my party. Very poor customer service at the Telford Theatre meaning in future we will simply visit a local...

Go here regularly a great little theatre. However last night was spoiled for me due to inconsiderate people sitting in my row. About 10 people were constantly getting up during the abba performance to go and fetch themselves drinks from the bar. So we had to keep standing to allow them to pass us.which then ruined it for people behind. All in all we counted at least 30 times we had to do this. People are allowed to take drinks in with them but obviously they could not wait for interval for their top up. Maybe bar should consider this when serving people during performance. The usher stood right by us and saw this was happening without saying a word . Inconsiderate...
