Ruby Cantonese Takeaway — Restaurant in England

Last time there today and it's really sad. Food has always been good and you were always more expensive than the rest with justification however your price increase is just too much to warrent a take away Chinese. Most dishes average around £7 and to charge £7 for the mixed sweet and sour balls makes you more expensive than London. I don't know what your justification was behind it but my custom will go elsewhere and I hope you understand the reason why. I hope others don't do the same. Awful experience and I do not recommend this takeaway.

Ordered special fried rice, very pricey, but definitely NOT special. It came with 90% boiled rice and a really small amount of meat. It was so dry with just a little bbq sauce - dreadful. Please avoid.

Yuk sung came full of large onions - vile.

Chips were under cooked and full of salt.

Curry sauce really runny, awful.

Not happy at all. Phoned for an order. Wasn't told cash only. Get there and they then tell me at 11pm at night. No local cash points around that are open. Don't know the area and Google wasn't much help. Drove for twenty mins with no luck. Told them I'd pay cash transfer to a bank.
