The place is very clean and tidy and the coffee was nice although expensive. The breakfast for £5.20 though is very very expensive for what you get, and the sausage is one of the strangest sausages I have tasted 🤔 Came without the hash brown too but TBF the chef must of realized and brought it out to me which saved them getting two stars. The hash brown tasted very greasy, Maccies like. Overall I'm sure you can get more to eat for less elsewhere and definitely better quality

Based in the Wakes, this is a lovely cafe with lovely people. There are plenty of seats. The menu is reasonably priced and has gluten-free options. I had a bacon sandwich, which was a generous portion, and a cappuccino, which was very good. I didn't have to wait long for my food. It's on the first floor but there is a lift. It's nicely decorated and the seats are comfortable

Great gluten free options that aren't listed online and Great hosts. Our waitress Sasha was quick, kind and just a great credit to the local folk. Stopped here randomly on our way to Snowdonia from London. Its a MUST! Would do it again. All the locals seem bright and cheerful.

Went yesterday for lunch. The food was of excellent quality, served hot and was brought to us quickly. The staff were friendly and could not do enough for us. Delicious coffee. The prices are extremely good and menu was well balanced. Had the fish finger sandwich which was delicious. My eight year old nephew had sausage and mash from the children’s menu which he devoured and kept telling me how delicious the sausage was. Highly...

Had a really lovely birthday breakfast for my mum today. Considering we were a large group, the staff couldn’t do enough to make it special with little added extras, and even a birthday song. As always, the food was delicious, hot and extremely good value for money. Would definitely recommend and will be going back very soon. Thank you to Diane, Emma, Simon, Ally, Sasha and anyone else who contributed to a...
