The hall itself is very basic - nothing to write home about, just a standard hall like most. We went for the entertainment and the 'Swing' night which was fantastic, the band was amazing very professional although claiming to be amateur. I think it was a ballroom/Latin dance class who mainly attended, and watch them all was a blast! So much talent! Would love to join myself. May contain lovely items to purchase, browse or exhibits but I'll never know. After travelling for an hour for our first ever visit to Oakham we were shopping in the town shops including those in Victoria hall. However despite clearly signposted toilets in here a lady marched up to us to inform us that we can't use these facilities but" there is a public toilet near the car park" . Unimpressed really not a good first and now...
