I had an exceptional dining experience here! From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, with decor that set the perfect mood for an Indian meal. The staff were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations based on my preferences.

The food was absolutely divine—each dish was bursting with flavor and expertly spiced. The mixed grill was a standout, rich and aromatic, with just the right balance of heat and depth. The naan was perfectly fluffy, and both were delightful with its complex flavors and tender meat.

What really impressed me was the attention to detail in every aspect, from the quality of the ingredients to the presentation. You can tell they use fresh, high-quality spices and cook with real care. For dessert, the ferrero rocher was the perfect sweet ending to an already memorable meal.

Average. Had a Paneer Malaiki and Gajar Hulva for dessert. Half decent food but I’ve had better.

Ambience was lovely but people who serve just mutter when they talk, the Thali’s were all unavailable on the menu. A disappointment. They should have had a desperate sheet detailing this, also no Thali vegetarian option. That’s really odd.

Service was ok, a bit cold, had to ask lots of questions to understand what food was being ordered. One should be presented with Menu’s upon arrival, this is the only Indian restaurant I’ve eaten at in my life where there is no Indian Masala chai or a vegetarian Tahli selection.

Bhindi and the paneer dish were fairly oily st the bottom. Lots of water and oil. Come on, please get this right. It’s not that difficult. Other cheaper restaurants offer better food.

Overall a very average experience. Graduaity was added on, when making payment the server stayed quiet. Didn’t mention it was an option. Overall, il not really impressed...

The food at Jashir was superb; flavours, spicy, lovely meat, side dishes all were of the highest quality we have tasted before. The atmosphere was lively but not too loud and the tables a decent distance apart that whilst you could hear other people they did not interfere with your conversation or evening. The staff were attentive and always watching in case you needed something, very friendly but not intrusive. They were very knowledgeable about the food and wine; which meant we had excellent wine rarely seen in any restaurant. Excellent customer service is not only how you treat your customers in the first place but how you rectify the mistakes if there are any. There was one minor blip in the evening but it is obvious that Jashir pays a lot of attention to training staff well in those types of situations. They could not have done it better.
