Cluetopia - Ipswich Escape Rooms — Attraction in Ipswich

When we called to buy the tickets, he asked for my card details over the phone, saying we should give them to him so he could buy the tickets for us. These kinds of details shouldn’t be shared with anyone, because someone can do anything with your card information.I also spoke to them on the phone and told them we would arrive 10 minutes later because we were coming from over an hour and twenty minutes away. He said it was no problem, that it was okay. When we arrived, I told him we’d be about 5 more minutes late because we couldn’t find parking. In total, we were only 5 minutes late, since he had already agreed to the first 10 minutes delay. However, when we got there, he took 15 minutes off our game, so we only got to play 45 minutes instead of an hour. That’s really unfair and unprofessional, especially since we paid for the full game and he knew we were traveling from so far away. Also, when you call him, he doesn’t like it if you talk more than he does, and if you ask him something, he starts replying sarcastically, saying things like “Whattt?”. Love this company,we've played all their other sites so today we went for Ipswich. We played all rooms (other than Dr Duplicate as we played that in its old home) and loved them all! Absolutely no spoilers given, but, if you're new to escape rooms don't start with Crash Landing as its got a few tricky bits, definitely more challenging than the others. The high for me was Twilight Manor, what a great room. Not gonna lie, I screamed a good few times but thankfully avoided a Tena lady moment :)) Always guaranteed to have some 'techy' puzzles with cluetopia, not just basic padlocks. Nathan was a fantastic games master. He really understood how we worked as a team and didn't leap in with clues unless we really needed them, full of energy and set the scene of each story well. Just need you to build more rooms for us...

First Escape room so we had no idea what to expect! There was only two of us so I feel if we had more it may have been a bit easier. We did Murder On The Dancefloor, such good fun! We found it quite difficult especially being our first time and unsure what to expect or look for but quite honestly we had the best time and can't wait to do another! I like how the clues got you thinking and the satisfaction when you figured it out. ABSOLUTE SHOUTOUT TO NATHAN. His energy brought the whole thing to life and his support throughout was literally brilliant. Can't wait for...
