Southern Grasslands — Attraction in Liverpool

Pleasant green space in South Liverpool adjacent to Otterspool and the old Garden Festival site. One major item is missing.. . BINS... I visited the day after opening day and ALREADY empty chicken boxes and plastic bottles are everywhere. There is one small bin located at the entrance of the car park which is nowhere near sufficient. More bins are needed within the park before the litter bugs take over this beautifully...
